Loving the comments and collaborations happening in here - thank you @Karin Crawford @Louise Knighton @Gemma Green @Julianne Anderson and @Hil Kane for jumping in with ideas. And everyone who has commented. We’re having a fab time and Ive got the emptiest head I’ve ever had. I don’t think I’ll remember how to work! After the wedding, held near a town called Alnwick six of us (Robs brother, sister and their spouses) headed north to the Northumberland coast. What a beauty! We’ve been blessed with sunshine and temperatures of around 16-18. Every day we’ve found a beach to comb or a local village to wander. Including Bamburgh castle, 3000 years old. Every night we’ve been able to watch the sunset, enjoy loud delicious food (two of the guys live cooking) and a few glasses of wine. We’ve seen so many birds and unbelievable flocks of Geese who have arrived for the winter. Last night Rob’s eldest son and family dropped by for a sunset walk. Our American family are headed back to Florida today so Rob and I have a day of just chilling together. Then four of us are off the Holy Island tomorrow, the highlight of the trip.
