Every single day, I spend 60 seconds giving thanks. That's it. One minute. And here's what I've noticed: by the end, I'm never out of things to be grateful for. I start with the obvious stuff; my family, my health, my bed, my pets. But then it goes deeper. The people in this community. The opportunities I have today. The fact that I woke up with a roof over my head and food in the fridge.
