Issue
I bought a new bottle of Reta and bac water after it was recon it gelled up after first use. Never had this issue before

NAD+ clumping
Received my first PP order, I purchased three of 500 MG of the NAD+. Two of the three peptides have hard clumps in them. I’ve never had this happen.. Did moisture get in to make it clump during shipping.. just concerned ..

@Lisa McCool are you talking about the white powder? It was broken into pieces or are you saying you reconstituted them and there are clumps?

@Lisa McCool ok. Thats normal and it will be fine. Sometimes the single cake breaks during shipping.
