How To Live 100+ Years | David Sinclair Synthesized
David Sinclair has recently become quite popular in the health space so I decided to make a full guide of how to live a long life based on a lot of his content, and the rabbit holes it led me down. This video has been in the works for too long. I certainly learnt a lot from this project about my process and how it can be improved. I also did not expect the video to be this long, but I now realise I did tackle a mammoth field in one video. Feedback is appreciated. Here is the synthesis of the video: - Exercise - Don't eat too much/ be overweight - Maintain a good level of strength & muscle - Get a good amount (& high quality) sleep - Have a good sense of purpose & community - Manage (long term) stress levels - Spend time in the sun & nature - Hot and cold exposure to activate "longevity genes" - Avoid damaging substances - Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy seems to be beneficial (but hard to access right now) Supplements also may have benefits but I would focus on these things first. They are much cheaper and more likely to work. Here's to more frequent uploads 🥂 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_y2daS4PENs

I got Bali belly | A Post About Energy
I arrived in Bali a few weeks ago. If I had to describe it in one word, it would be... Energetic. The tropical Bali climate means one minute there's intense sun and beautiful blue skies, the next there's thundering rain heavier than you can imagine. This climate breathes life into Bali. The island's lush vegetation, from the towering rice paddies to the dense tropical forests, is awash in a kaleidoscope of colors and sounds. Even the animals are affected by this energy. Monkeys, stray dogs, lizards, ants, cats all roam the streets. Bali feels so young and energetic that it makes the UK look like a retirement country. Boring weather. No dangerous animals. Tame driving. Not to mention the lack of earthquakes, tsunamis, or any natural disasters for that matter. In Bali the energy is so contagious, and seeps into your bones. Until... the dreaded Bali belly comes along. If the climate causes plants and animals to thrive, it has the same effect on bacteria and parasites. All of a sudden, the energy gets wiped out of me. I'm in bed. Sleeping most of the day. Trying to regain my energy. And it taught me a valuable lesson. Energy is everything. CHANGE REQUIRES ENERGY. So one of the biggest levers you can pull if you want to make any change in life (build your business, get in better shape, produce better work) is the energy lever. So I thought it could be worth making this post a mega thread about energy. What's the biggest thing you've done to increase your energy? What resources have you found that contain great advice about improving energy? I'll go first.

Apart from good practices and diet, some nootropics can help such as pemoline, neboglamine, pitolisant and shilajit

WARNING: This post will make you powerful 🚨 Avoid The Progress Trap
EDIT: I turned this into a YouTube video: https://youtu.be/b0RffvCTXv8 WARNING: This post will increase your ability to make your dreams become reality. This is a belief that helped me go from a procrastinator to financially free in just four years. In exchange for this increase in power, this belief may decrease your happiness. It did for me. If this is not an exchange you're willing to make, I suggest you don't read on. You have been warned. Let me start by asking a couple questions: Over the past year, have you made some progress towards your goals? Have you improved your life in some way? Most will answer with yes. Feels good, right? You probably have this belief: "if I progress/practice/improve a little bit everyday, eventually I'll get what I want." Makes logical sense, right? But how long are you willing to wait? 5 years? 50 years? What if 60 years go by. You're on your deathbed. You sit, patiently waiting to get what you want, knowing you have spent your whole life improving. When suddenly the sickening realisation hits you... You've ran out of time. Here's the truth: Progress is a Means to an End. It is something that needs to happen in order for you to get what you want. But in a human's desperation to get what they want, when they hear "if you keep making progress, you'll get what you want", they latch onto 'Progress'. What used to be a Means to an End becomes the new End. They forget about what they truly want, so at the end of the day, if they have made Progress, they feel satisfied. But they are left without what they want. I see a few problems with this. First, you may be making progress, but are you progressing enough to get what you want? Arnold wants to become a bodybuilder. Arnold goes to the gym. Arnold does one set of bench press. He has made progress. Feeling proud of his progress, Arnold leaves the gym. Progress has been made, but has ENOUGH been made? Second, you may be making progress, but what if it's in the wrong areas? Jimmy wants to become the biggest YouTuber. He understands that better camera means better video. Jimmy spends months researching what's the best camera to use. Each day he makes progress towards figuring out the ultimate camera. He is making progress. But is he making progress in the very precise set of things he needs to be making progress on to reach his goal?

Hey, wanted to give you some feedback on your shortform content (if you would be willing to read this); I see you are angling and speaking away from the camera to act like you are in a podcast while you aren't, and that is fine, but I feel it would be more genuine to just talk without 1000% saturation, without 1.5x speed, without the video being 10 seconds without details, just straight to the camera for true comprehension. You can do whatever you want in terms of content creation, and that is your respective choice, but its current form mimics tiktok brainrot 'motivation'. I understand these things help your channel growth somewhat, but the thing that seperates you from every other person alike you is your level of clarity and sincerity. And I feel on-the-spot ramblings or monologues about a certain topic on your mind will provide more insight and new things to think on for those that are past the 'generic stuff'. I hope you see the sincerity in this comment, and I respect you highly. If you read this, I appreciate your time.
My second DOC is OUT! After 4 months in the making!
Finally, fuck! After my first documentary (which took me about 350 hours) I told myself. Make a smaller project next time! Still, I find myself more than 450 hours deep into this one. But I got it done, and it's shipped. Would be very grateful to have your guy's feedback on it: https://youtu.be/5k-vHlkFpXI

Nice vid.
Brighton Meet-up w/ the boys
@Raphael Mayr @Cotton Sam @Callum Rylance This took a bit of planning but we made it happen. We explored Brighton, went to the gym, stayed at Callum’s over night, alternated between sauna and going in the sea, and talked about pretty much everything from girls to god. I think the main takeaway for all of us was how amazing it is to be surrounded by like-minded people. Online is good, but in real life is just something else. You can just feel the constant energy. Great experience guys. Thank you all. And thanks @Andrew Kirby for creating this community otherwise this would have never happened. Edited videos coming soon.
