Hello community 👋 looking forward to connecting and expanding awareness of health and wellness with you all! I have brewed a lot of kombucha in my time and was at one point making 100-150L batches considering a small business. I just recently lost my scoby due to some mold and will be starting from scratch again. I have more time to do this now which I am excited about. I have also experimented with many other ferments like kimchi, sauerkraut, pickles, preserved lemons, kefir, dandelion wine , mead and sour dough. I love Sandor Katz! As a chef for over 25 years I love to cook and am passionate about how food has power to heal, connect and teach Nice to be here :)
