What’s one lesson you wish you knew before starting in PMU?
I’ll go first. When I started in PMU, I thought it would be easier. I had just moved to a new country. I had a one-year-old. No support. No clients. No clue how to build a business here. So, like many of us, I borrowed money, took a 2-day Microblading course… and hoped for the best. But it was a disaster. Yes, I walked away with a certificate. But real skills? Nope. Confidence? None. Healed results? Inconsistent. Here’s what I wish someone had told me back then: → Short trainings create long-term struggles → Fresh results lie — healed results are the real truth → Watching isn’t the same as doing → Muscle memory beats motivation → Confidence comes from feedback → Specialising isn’t limiting — it’s how you stand out → And charging more? It’s not greedy — it’s how you sustain Your turn — what’s one thing you wish someone had told you before you started? Drop it below 👇
