High performers that are plateauing or feel stuck at their current level in business, love or well-being (burning out, lonely, falling apart - yet afraid to lose momentum or don't have a lot of time to do serious inner-work in order figure out the bottleneck or impediment on their own) breakthrough these limitation by evolving their identity and capacity for the next level (in 3 of the 4 pain points, depending on their specific focus) by going through my Metamorphosis 42 program that measures their current baseline identity on 42 universal qualities (7 meta-traits and 6 sub-traits under each one). I create a roadmap that upgrades them to" who they need to become" in order to make the next level natural and effortless. This involves subconscious work on 3-4 of the Meta-traits (a 2 hour session complete with customized hypnotic recording to listen to for 21 days that occurs every 3-4 weeks when the new meta-trait focus begins) along with conscious implementation and integration practices (requiring a small time investment each week). Weekly coaching sessions every week to guide the conscious reinforcement of the subconscious work (which imprints during sleep each night as they listen to the hypnotic transformational recordings) and text/email access to me for anything that needs to be discussed between weekly sessions. Self-reportedTest/retest validity statistics between each Meta-trait phase provide the proof of where the upgrades are in terms of integrated identity to show the progress. This is of course in addition to the dramatic improvements that clients currently report within the first week of the Subconscious session for new meta-traits. This framework bridges the gap between Now and Next identity offering wide scale intangible as well as tangible benefits in terms of better relationships across the board, less-resistance, doubt, uncertainty in terms of implementing business strategies or marketing pivots, mental clarity and enhanced performance in terms of ROI.

One thing I think is important to also mention is by "giving away the free sauce" those who are really about it will start to implement what they're learning and as the money becomes available for them to invest in themselves, they spend it on you because you helped them get there. I'm doing that on my YouTube channel right now because there's just no way I could possibly do therapy for everybody that I'm gonna be able to help if they're willing to put in some of the work and do the steps without me holding their hand. The difference between utilizing my techniques that I give away for free on my YouTube channel and paying me for sessions is that I've got this magic satchel of tricks that would rival Mary Poppins when it comes down to it depending on what comes up in the session and it's crazy I almost scare myself with what I do because there's so many ways that people think and perceive that it's impossible to guess and provide content that hits all the way to the back of their mind and sticks, so that has to happen Live and not only that they get these crazy tools that I would've never thought to manifest until the problems showed up. I have one client, an artist, that inspired me today to start creating messages she needs to see for herself everyday formatted into what is going to be a coloring page book/flyer (her dream is to become an illustrator for children's books so I'm already meeting her halfway with something that she's going to be doing that self therapeutic and is putting in the brushstrokes while also consciously engaged in reinforcing what we're doing on the deep conscious level). I've even repurposed CIA counterintelligence tactics to help my clients heal and create "sleeper agents" with public speaking abilities or closing techniques that are practically superhuman where before those were the issues holding them back from the next level. There's a universal level of pain that people are going through it at the beginning, but then there's the super dialed in stuff and that's where you pay for service.

this is so fascinating! I'd love to know how you got into this. I definitely take somebody with a passion for this type of work to be able to do it, but I can only imagine how endlessly interesting it is to take on the psyche of your clients
