Who am I, this is my story, it may be a heavy read but it is to highlight if I can so can you 🫶
The Lightworker Who Turned Her Wounds Into Wisdom I didn’t grow up with safety. I grew up in the chaos of addiction, emotional volatility, and love that came with conditions. My parents were young—still trying to find themselves—when they had me. And so, I became the emotional anchor for a mother grieving an invisible loss and a father spiraling through gambling. Abundance came and went. Love came and went. Stability was a stranger. By the time I was a teenager, the emotional weight I carried was far beyond my years. When my father disappeared, my mother fell deeper into alcohol, and I was left navigating a world that didn’t feel safe—inside or out. I entered relationships seeking validation, comfort, love. But what I found were mirrors of my wounds: narcissists, abusers, and empty promises wrapped in charm. I lost myself. I lost my worth. I lost my voice. But I also found something else—a whisper, a spark, a sacred remembrance. The light in me never died—it just waited. Waited for me to return home. Through years of breakdowns, unsafe situations, anorexia, and emotional fragmentation, I slowly began a journey back to my truth. I studied. I healed. I faced the parts of myself I used to run from. I returned to holistic therapy—and Became a Holy Fire & Karuna Reiki Master and went down the road of Heart Healing with Cacao, working in this way is not just a profession, but as a path to reclaim the parts of me that had been exiled. I am a mother. And in that sacred role, I chose to end the generational patterns. I chose to raise my daughter in consciousness, even when it meant doing it alone. I’ve walked through trauma. I’ve faced abandonment. I’ve stood in the fire of self-doubt, unworthiness, and silence. And now—I help others rise from it, too. Today, I hold space for those who feel broken, lost, or unworthy. For the ones who’ve given too much, stayed too long, or forgotten how powerful they are. I guide women back to their inner safety, worth, and radiance—so they can stop repeating the past and start remembering who they were always meant to be.
