Post rut hunt
Any advice for post rut hunts?? Rattle? Avoid rattling? Hit feed areas? I'm getting all sorts of advice online- yes, no, maybe? Morning vs evening?
Frustrating bow hunt
Does anyone else get super frustrated with trad bow hunting. I was out all day today, stalking a pair of does and a nice big buck but could not get within shooting distance. So many 50-60 yard broadside opportunities, but I am not accurate after about 30-40 yards. Just really makes me hate this trad bow stuff. Anyone else?

Appreciate the advice and encouragement. But when does it become insanity??? Doing the same thing expecting different results.....

Oh I enjoy it. I have improved my stalking skills and predicting deer behavior. It just stings when a 5x5 mule deer TANK gets away and im wishing I had my old 3030 on my shoulder. I'll keep at it. Just a couple of long, very cold days, and returning home exhausted empty handed. Not complaining, just venting.
