Another trip around the sun. Much learned, much to learn. Bitcoin and risk on assets are always testing us in various ways, and we need to constantly keep our minds open and our heads on a swivel. I’ve chosen the life of risk but still believe the freedom of time it provides for myself and my family is worth the stress and violence of emotion it brings. I’m slowly working toward continuing to build my BTC and Real Estate portfolios and have now started to include yield products from MSTR such as STRC and STRF Hopefully by 40 I can have it all figured out. JK. We never will ;)

19 Properties in Long Beach/San Pedro (Full Portfolio Sale)
Just had this emailed to me by a broker I've talked to in the past up in Long Beach/San Pedro area, portfolio of small multifamily Hi Brian, I'm excited to share an exclusive off-market opportunity: a portfolio sale of 19 multifamily properties across Long Beach and San Pedro. These buildings range from 3 to 10 units and are being sold as the owner's entire portfolio -- many already priced below market value to sell quickly. The properties are located in varying neighborhoods including Rose Park, Alamitos Beach, South Wrigley, and northwest San Pedro near Palos Verdes. Several offer value-add potential, garages suitable for ADUs, large lots for development, and even stand-alone homes. Attached is a summary sheet of the portfolio. While we don't have marketing packages yet, we do have photos of the Long Beach properties, and San Pedro photos will be available next week. Help me bullet proof this rationale or counter it so that I can learn Here's the math on how bitcoin and owning a primary home have a similar Compound Annual Growth Rate For the illustration lets go with 5% down on a $500k house, so a $25,000 down payment $25,000 at 50% CAGR is bitcoin $500,000 at 5% CAGR is owning your own home 4 years of bitcoin is $126,563 (Increase of $101,563) 4 years of home ownership is $607,753 (Increase of $107,753) The leverage you can get on real estate is what makes the compound annual growth rate closer than bitcoin podcasters like to say.
