What’s the biggest roadblock holding you back right now?
Hey everyone 👋, I’ve been having a lot of conversations lately with people who are working hard but still feel stuck when it comes to getting results. For some, it’s not having the right systems in place. For others, it’s marketing that doesn’t convert. And for many, it’s simply the challenge of staying consistent. I’m curious what’s your biggest roadblock to achieving success at the moment? Is it finding clients, setting up automations, managing time, or something else? Drop your thoughts below 👇 sometimes just sharing it out loud can spark the right idea, and who knows, someone here might already have a solution you can use today. Let’s get this conversation going. 🚀

@Praise Gold, This is a great discussion. It seems like so many of us face different challenges at different stages. For those in the community, which strategies have you found most effective when tackling your current roadblocks, whether it’s marketing, automation, or staying consistent? I’d love to hear examples that have actually made a difference for you
One powerful idea can change the entire direction of your journey.
When I first stepped into the world of business and wealth creation, I had huge goals and a clear vision of the lifestyle I wanted, but turning that vision into reality was harder than I expected. I was putting in the work, but the results weren’t reflecting the effort. Everything started to change when I shifted my focus from trying to “figure it all out” myself to connecting with the right people, learning proven strategies, and surrounding myself with a community that was already achieving the results I wanted. That shift didn’t just accelerate my growth; it gave me clarity, direction, and confidence. One of the biggest benefits of being part of a space like Assets For Life Hub is that we’re surrounded by people with the same ambition: to grow wealth, build assets, and create real financial freedom. And every conversation here is an opportunity to learn something that could completely change your path. I’d love to open up a conversation that helps us all grow faster together. So, let me ask you: Where are you right now in your property, business, or wealth-building journey, just starting, actively building, or scaling up? What’s the biggest goal you’re working towards over the next 6 to 12 months? What’s one thing you feel is holding you back from achieving it? I’ve been applying a few strategies recently that have been working really well for me, and if there’s interest, I’d be happy to share exactly what they are and how you can implement them too. Before you scroll, drop your answers below, this could be the conversation that sparks your next big breakthrough.

Happy to be welcomed into the community - Intro
Hi everyone! 👋I'm excited to be part of this community — my name is Sabreena, and I recently launched Dwellora Ventures Ltd, a company focused on building long-term value in property and housing. I was about to start out with rent-to-rent (particularly in the social housing and supported accommodation space), but I’m now deeply interested in expanding into deal packaging and eventually BRRRs as I build experience and momentum. What draws me to property is the potential to create real impact, whether that’s through housing solutions, smart investment strategies, or even how spaces can improve quality of life. I’m here to learn, share, and connect with like-minded investors, deal sourcers, and service providers. Most importantly, I’m ready to take real and instant action, so I joined this group and program because I want to learn from people doing it at a higher level, get clarity on deals, and stay accountable. If anyone’s open to sharing insights, collaborating, or just a friendly chat about your journey — I’m all ears! Of course, a massive shout out to @Lawrence Reffell who went above and beyond in our onboarding session, explaining every little detail with the utmost clarity and attention. — Sabreena 📍 London | 💼 Dwellora Ventures Ltd.

Different limited company for different structure?

@Pavol Kosa Great insight on setting up a limited company for BTL purposes! For those of us in the community, I’m wondering, how do you usually decide on the company structure and SIC code when planning multiple BTLs? Also, are there any tips or experiences on the minimum tenancy period before selling for profit within a Ltd?
Alphabet shares
Hi, Well am newbie so tried to set up limited company with shares to include my 2 kids. I think the reason I had to give them 0 was I put is 4x 25% as class A. Kids are 10 and 5. Am I able to change it after set up to class N for kids in this age? I was reading somewhere that after 7 years they would be entitled to xy? After my death no inheritance tax and possibility to put it all to trust. Any more info about this please? Thank you

Hi Pavol, thank you for sharing your experience. Setting up shares for kids is definitely a complex area! For those of us in the community who’ve explored this before, how have you approached structuring shares for minors while balancing inheritance planning and potential tax considerations? Would love to hear examples or tips from anyone who’s navigated similar setups, especially regarding changing share classes or using trusts., Thank you for sharing your experience.
