Are you guys changing any specific settings outside of the Getting Started Checklist readymode videos?

When you get started, the default settings are good settings to run. You can make changes as you learn the system and want to tweak your strategy.

Our strategy involves: - Running multiple campaigns. - Assigning multiple agents to different campaigns (complex but effective). - Prioritizing campaigns based on Readymode’s system, even though Readymode itself doesn't have a clear solution for how we operate. - So in our set up we needed to update settings. Most people won't need to customize their settings and can just use the standard set up.

@Luz Gonzalez does this answer your question from DMs?
Cold vs Hot/Warm Leads
How do you guys classify a Warm/Hot lead, vs a cold lead? I'm trying to focus on getting 10 Warm/Hot leads a week and avoid a ton of tire kickers that just want to hear a crazy offer or aren't really interested in selling. My CRM is clogged with tons of non motivated leads, wanting to figure out the difference between a good lead and one I shouldn't even waste my time on.

PRCYD I use for property research and I love their comp reports. Its my first step of due diligence to get my speed to lead. We pull a comp report and call asap.

RIZE: I use this every day to track my work habits. It gives me recommendations to be more productive, and uses AI to tell me when I need a break. Plus I can look at my work patterns over time and see when I'm most focused. This is an underrated app. if it get's measured, it get's managed
How Many DIDs To Use In ReadyMode?
For inbound calls, we typically assign 1 DID per campaign. The number of DIDs per campaign depends on its size and the number of agents dialing. Right now, we’re assigning 1 DID per campaign, which routes inbound calls to all agents. However, for larger campaigns, we scale the number of DIDs accordingly: - 1 agent → 1 DID - 5 agents → 1 DID - 10 agents → 2-3 DIDs - 20 agents → 5 DIDs All DIDs can be set to ring for all agents, allowing any available agent to answer.
