Off Market Tecnam Astore
Hey guys. I have an advanced Tecnam Astore available. This is a great trainer with all glass avionics and auto pilot. Very fuel efficient. Only 500 hours total time. $240k. Easy to get financed if you bring this to Jeff. Let me know if you are interested.

is there a flight school ready to go with this airplane?

Hey guys, remember this awesome Cessna 172 that I just posted that we acquired about a week ago? We already found a school in Wyoming to do the triple net lease and the airplane is on its way there right now. First month minimum deposit was collected, lease was signed, insurance with the owner listed as the additional insured was acquired, and the airplane is on its way there right now.

Love these stories and aircraft leasing. Sure beats real estate.
Advertising Example
Hey Guys. This is a Cessna 172 I am advertising for lease now. Just wanted to give you an example of how I do it. It’s all about the content and being different than the traditional facebook post. Are you a flight school turning away more students than you’re keeping? Do you have more CFIs than airplanes? Could you add a revenue-producing trainer tomorrow if you didn’t need the upfront capital to buy one? Good. I built Aviation Ape for exactly this. Cessna 172M — Ready to Lease to Your Flight School A true workhorse, upgraded and built for training throughput: • 180 HP upgrade — better climb, hotter days, heavier loads • ~100 hours SMOH — fresh, reliable power • IFR certified — train hard IMC/IPC without juggling schedules • Autopilot — safer long cross-countries & syllabus efficiency • Complete Logs, All ADs complied with. Plug & Play ready to go. • Available anywhere in the U.S. (currently based at my FBO: KINF, Inverness, FL) • Delivery arranged or pick up at KINF Why lease instead of buy? • Keep your cash for instructors, marketing, and doing what you do best! Provide excellent flight training • Add capacity fast to stop waitlists from walking across the street • Test demand before committing capital • Match aircraft supply to your seasonality If your ramp is full of students and short on airplanes, this 172M is the simplest way to scale—today. Message or call me: Zach — 352-215-2233 Aviation Ape | Aircraft Leasing & Management KINF • Nationwide placement available (P.S. If you’re weighing “buy vs. lease,” ask me for a 10-minute math run-through. Most schools are shocked by the cash-flow difference.)

King Air GT Charter Lease Opportunity
I have an exciting one for you here guys. There’s a charter operation PRP Aviation here in Ocala Florida. They are a Cirrus dealer, part 135 charter operation and service center. Very white glove service. They are actively looking for someone to lease them back a King Air GT. If you’re interested, contact me directly and I will schedule a call with the owner and we can discuss terms.

UPDATE ON LISTING!!!!!!! (The owner just got back to me. They will accept $115k!!) I got a good one for you here guys. I know this broker and have done deals with him already. He only takes on quality airplanes so I expect it passing a pre buy inspection no problem. This would be an easy one to lease. Anyone interested contact me and I will get this done for you. This will be a cash deal or finance. No seller finance available. We do have Jeff and the broker has loan officers as well. We are looking at 20% down. I would advertise the lease at $75/hour on a 50 hour minimum per month. This plane would lease back very quickly. 1979 Piper PA-28-181 Archer AIRFRAME: TTAF: 11,830 Hours Useful Load: 949 lbs.
