What do you want your content creation team to look like?

Hey all, Relatively new to the content game. I love all the systems and everything I’m seeing built out here. The stuff that Pope has built out within Airtable is mind bending. I realistically don’t have the bandwidth to build this all out but could afford to hire someone. I’m curious if anyone has hired a social media manager that has been good to work with to manage this process. I’ve sifted through several on upwork and realizing I’m not going to find the quality I’m looking for there. I an focused on IG right now, but would want to expand into other platforms as soon as I have a team to manage the flow. Any other recommendations? Are most big creators using full in-house teams to manage this flow? It’s been eye opening to see how much work this is.
