How are you planning your content?
What is your current planning system? May be you use fancy scheduling tools. May be you use simple Google Doc. May be you use even a physical notebook planner (I do). One thing I realised about planning: It needs to be SIMPLE. Too many options, you get overwhelmed. Too many lines of content, you get lost. Too many boxes, you get confused. I had this problem. With ever increasing content I need to worry about, I had to find a solution to my posts on Skool. Skool content is best done live, and no scheduling tools exist. A simple solution was needed - nothing fancy, nothing to make me overthink. So I created my own Skool Planner. Super minimal, designed for a big picture experience and simplicity. I included just my Skool scheduling + one more media. Monthly (Big picture) view + Weekly view. That's it. This way, you can start planning without getting distracted. 👉 You can copy it here __ How are you planning your posts? Scheduling tool, docs, paper or something else? Let me know below 👇

@Anna Stoilova Oh, yes, I've learned that the hard way. I now make folders for everything and keep stuff together. I was not born with the organization gene like my husband was, so my G-Drive is still a mess, but I have a section of it that I work with all the time more or less "organized."

@Anna Stoilova Yes, I'm determined! I always tell myself you CAN teach an old dog (me) new tricks!🤪
Question about Day 6
For the Momentum Post, are we posting that on our "platform of choice"?
Looking for accountability partner — launch sprint week
Hey! I'm on Day 5 of the Launch Sprint. Looking for 1-2 accountability partners who are: - Also launching their brand this week (or soon) - Committed to checking in regularly - Want to support each other's growth My focus: Women 50+ tired of starting over every Monday My platform: (for now) Instagram My launch date: Current/Ongoing Reply or if you're interested! Let's do this together. 🚀
Kathy's 🚀 Momentum Day 4: My Proof
Results: Built consistency and confidence through mindset and identity change, not just rules. Helped women spot hidden patterns driving evening eating and self-sabotage. Helped clients move from white-knuckling cravings to using a simple real-life plan. Helped women reduce the nightly battle with themselves around food. 💼 Experience Online fitness coach for women 50+, focused on helping them stop starting over every Monday without shame or white-knuckled willpower. Longtime interest in fitness going back to my teens, with lived experience applying this work in my own life. Built and grown an audience across email, Facebook, Instagram, and Skool, including about 400 email subscribers and 90 people in the Skool community. Building a membership-centered teaching business supported by low-ticket offers, courses, and light-touch coaching. 🏆 Recognition Community members have publicly recommended joining my space because of how practical, supportive, and effective the work is. Members have specifically praised my ability to spot patterns, explain what is really going on, and turn that into usable next steps. Built an engaged community of women 50+ around mindset, habits, and real-life behavior change. 🧠 Expertise Certified fitness trainer. Certified lifestyle wellness trainer. Kettlebell instructor. Known for explaining the real truth underneath women’s struggles in a way that feels clear, specific, and immediately usable. Deep expertise in helping women interrupt urges in the moment, rather than just giving advice for the calm, well-intentioned version of them. Created the PAUSE framework, a repeatable system for helping women slow down, see what is really happening, and choose a better next step in real life. Specialized in the deeper drivers of behavior change: identity, shame, self-talk, old scripts, all-or-nothing thinking, and the gap between knowing and doing. Example testimonial: "I’m in Kathy’s community and honestly I love it. She’s been so good at helping me spot patterns I didn’t even realize I had. The evening thing especially. I used to just try to grit my teeth and willpower my way through cravings, which was exhausting. And pretty ineffective to be honest, I failed a lot of the time. Willpower alone just does not cut it.

@Anna Stoilova Got it! Yes, when I show testimonials, I'll definitely do the screenshot thing. I'm looking forward to next week, too!

@Anna Stoilova Truth be told, I've never asked! I don't do anything like "before/after" photos of like, weight loss or anything like that. But showing pictures of them next to a testimonial might be nice!
Kathy's 🚀 Momentum Day 2: My Content Engine
Pillars: 1. Awareness (see the pattern) 2. The Interrupt (what to do in the moment) 3. Rebuliding (build the new pattern) Hook structures: 1️⃣What you think is happening is not what's happening. Example: The old story kicks in so fast, you don’t even realize you’ve believed it. 2️⃣ Here's what to do instead. Example: One small delay can be enough to get your brain back online. 3️⃣ This is what you're really building. Example: If you caught yourself sooner, that counts. Posting cadence: 3x per week. MY BATCHING SCHEDULE Monthly planning day: Friday, third week of month Weekly batching day: Sunday afternoon Daily engagement time: Right after walk in AM This is so exciting! Thank you, @Anna Stoilova for the spreadsheets! They're fantastic.

@Anna Stoilova IG is honestly not my favorite. I'm in Skool all the time, but wasn't sure if that was a good option! I post on my FB page, and I'm interested in checking out Linkedin for sure. And, actually, truth be told, I WANT to start posting short videos on YouTube. I have my channel all set up and 10 starter videos. I think eventually that will be my main thing, and then I can pull from those to post short things on FB and IG (and maybe Linkedin). Totally would be a repurposing thing). Not only did I find the spreadsheet, but I brainstormed with Max (ChatGPT) and we got the whole thing filled in with content, pillars, etc. Amazing!
