@Sylvia Becker-Hill Its mutual 🤗 Yes, I do agree on your points and that some letters and words supports a sense of pushing, gaining power, and also being harsh. The vibrational effect moves through the body. I believe that is part of why they are used. And as you say, they can invoke rebelliousness and a sense of owning one's power, breaking out of compliance patterns and feeling free. And of course, the opposite is also true when power has been misused or abused against someone. The same words and sounds may evoke memories of fear or violation rather than liberation. I have been surprised to see arguments from neuroscience supporting cursing and swearing. Arguments seems primarily focused on the short-term effects. I am more concerned on the negative consequences in the long term. While swearing may provide an immediate sense of relief, empowerment, or emotional release, I am curious about what happens when it becomes a habitual pattern. Ingrained in our character. The need to feel powerful very often comes from feeling weak or lack. It makes sense to seek empowerment when there is a perceived absence of it. But when we do not acknowledge all aspects of our psyche, we tend to push away or avoid certain parts of ourselves, creating shadow and repression. The inner judge that restricts us can certainly be broken in this way, but often only to create a new character—not genuine freedom. It becomes detachment from the oppressor rather than true freedom itself. The inner struggle continous, sometimes fueled. That's what I mean that it creates duality.

@Sylvia Becker-Hill Great story 💎and yes, unfortunately "magic pills" here and now, often choosen over lasting change. Still I was surprise to see how some would push it as a solution.

@Lucas Reuterstig Actually often used about “Ulvetimen” – the late-afternoon/early-evening period leading up to dinner, when young children are tired, hungry, and cranky—chaos and tantrums often erupt in the household. Where parent go all in💃🕺.... 😆
What do you do and how do you do it?
It sounds like a simple question, but I know from experience just how hard this can be to answer. The past 24hrs I've been playing with AI to create an image showing more clearly what we do and how it relates to you who's reading this. I'm attaching the image here as a test, to see if you get it based on this. Any questions are welcomed and both me and @Stipe Romac will be happy to answer ANYTHING related to this in the comments below 🙌
