Yoooooooo, what's good RPA fam! I'm on my 3 star bot, and I decided to do the Healthcare AI challenge. Do you have any suggestions for me on how to get the bot to read the emails? This book is amazing and I've been applying a few principles in real life and also on some of you guys lol. You may notice some of these techniques in ADs reels if you pay attention too 👀 ! Ill give you a few principles but won't spoil anything, - Always make people feel important - Admit when you're wrong and do not wait to do so - You can convince someone to do something simply by talking about their needs. - Use the "Yes" technique to get people to see your point of view without conflict. - Destroying someone's ego is never OK and only welcomes revenge. There's alot more gems in the book, you'll love it and it'll make you a beast during social interactions.
