Quiet season bookings
What’s up guys, now we’re in quiet season (for me anyways) are yous still keeping an empty calendar for possible long-bookings, or are yous accepting the small weekend later down the line that could block your calendars from being seen? Got a 7-17Dec booking, don’t want to accept it just in case I get a longer booking but then again, it is quiet at the moment. What are your thoughts?

Yeah I would agree completely depends on the location and the type of property you've got but also the value of the short-term bookings that you are putting in there we have properties that are in Key areas for short term Christmas market bookings which are making a killing just on weekends so the key thing here is understanding the market that your property relates to in the area it's in. Happy to talk about this more on tonight's mastermind as well if you want to jump on at 8 pm till 9 pm
