The TRUE value of knowledge
I have been thinking about this concept for a while and I have been contemplating what the true value of knowledge was. I am sure that we have all heard the concept that knowledge is power, and those of us that are a bit more knowledgeable about that cliché would say it is only potential power, but the real question on my mind and I think on a lot of our minds is probably how do we convert knowledge to actual power, hence the concept "the value of knowledge". I submit to you that knowledge is only valuable to the degree to which that knowledge can lead to a change in behavior. If knowledge accumulated leads to no change in behavior then that knowledge is valueless to the individual consuming it and if it does have any inherent value it is probably stuck in the "potential zone". So how do we solve this problem? Through intentional consumption. I would like to share a razor question I use to help me with this filtering. Before opening that 300 page book I ask myself is the information contained in this likely to contain information that can be applied immediately or in the near future and while reading or consuming being more active in absorbing information by writing down things that I can apply immediately from the new information acquired from the book, podcast or video. Humans are naturally forgetful creatures and if you have no avenue to apply, you will most likely forget, and time you thought was being spent being productive might not be as productive as you thought and dare I say a waste. Would love to know what you think, still refining this concept in my head.

$10,000/month wisdom
I've been earning over $10,000/month online for the last 3 years, and here's the truth: having a $10,000/month+ business is a simple balancing act. at all times, you need 4 core pillars dialed in: 1. A great offer 2. Great content (which grows your audience) 3. A simple sales process 4. A great delivery process (which comes from a great team) And u need to keep updating them so they don't become out of date. Now at the same time as balancing those 4 pillars, you as the CEO need to be focused, which means constantly scanning your life and environment and removing distractions as they come up. this means not checking ur phone as soon as u wake up... this means setting aside 2-3 hours a day to do nothing but WORK on a predetermined task and it's strange how, as hard as running a business already is, a lot of us unconsciously make it harder than it needs to be by complicating it... tiktok today, instagram tomorrow, youtube yesterday, free community this, affiliate that, headline this, thumbnail that, shiny object where, new guru who, membership whut, low ticket wow, black friday can't resist... there's a never ending pit of 'i should do's' when you lose focus on your 4 core pillars. if you really step back, take a deep breathe, you can simplify your business - forever. but just like meditation, where you have to keep coming back to the breath... in business you have to keep coming back to the 4 core pillars. 1. How's your offer? 2. How's your content? 3. How's your sales process? 4. How's your delivery? if you can nail those 4 core pillars, in that order, you'll win. because ultimately, all you need to succeed with this great online game is great content that pitches a great offer. from there, you just need a simple sales process people can go through (like a check out page or a calendar page so people can book a call) now ur making money! once you're making money, you just need to take some of that money and pay people (team mates) to help make your content, sales process, and delivery as fun and effortless and efficient as possible, both for you, and your clients.

Content Ideation Method - Stolen this from Alex Hormozi
Alex Hormozi's free course on offer creation helped with content creation. Generally speaking there are 2 types of content: 1. Growth content 2. Sales content Sales content's purpose is to eliminate potential buyers' hurdles/perceived problems while buying from you. For that, you need to be aware of their problems. Alex's course helped me in finding those problems. Step 1: Find the dream outcome of your ideal client. Step 2: Write down every step a person should take to achieve the outcome. 💡iterate over, zoom in, and find out smaller steps Step 3: On each step apply the following perceived problems: It’s hard It’s confusing It’s expensive It’s not worth it It’s not my priority It’s taking too long It’s not sustainable I don’t know how to do it How to effectively do that It’s undoable in certain circumstances Example: Say you are a fitness coach and your ideal clients are New moms who want to lose weight. The steps that they want to take to lose weight are: 1. Measure their weight 2. Track their calories 3. Go to the gym 4. Workout 5. Go buy groceries 6. Make food 7. Pack the food 8. Eat the food 9. Take supplements You can further divide every step into smaller intricate steps. But let's move on with this... Take one step, in this case, we'll take "Go to the Gym". Some problems they have with that steps are: 1. It's hard to go to the gym with a newborn 2. It's expensive, they can't afford a gym 3. It’s confusing to find a good gym 4. It’s taking too long to go to the gym 5. Going to the gym is not my priority, I have a newborn to take care of 6. It's undoable while on a vacation We have 6 objections, and turn them into solutions. This is where your niche knowledge/expertise comes into play: 1. How to balance gym with your newborn (the ultimate workout plan for new moms) 2. Cheap gyms are better than expensive ones, here is why? 3. How to choose a better local gym? 4. Don't spend 7 hrs driving to a gym, do this instead. 5. Achieve your fitness with your newborn, the roadmap that every new mom follows. 6. On vacation with your newborn? Do this to be in shape.

Help needed with storytelling
Over the period of time I've been on the YouTube platform I've noticed something that most big YouTubers have in common, they are amazing story tellers and that is a quality I seem to lack. The ability to tell compelling stories is a skill that actually even transcends just YouTube itself, it can be used in a lot of spheres in life ranging from sales to asking a girl out lol. I was wondering does anyone here have links to resources or videos that actually help teach and break down story telling for beginners or something?

What Do You Think Of Andrew Tate?
I started consuming his content recently. Sometimes I am blown away by the clarity of his thought and the way he communicates. Sometimes I don't know what to make of a few things he says probably because I don't have the experience he has on the said topics. So I got to wondering what other synthesizers think of him to know what other perspectives are around him. What are your thoughts on Andrew Tate?

@Nivas K there are somethings he talks about that actually raises a lot of eyebrows about how the world works and with this whole cancel mob lynching on the guy I am starting to believe he might actually be right.
