Hello fellow synthesizers. I have a question! How do you do your scripts for your youtube videos? And how do you start from an idea to video? Anyone having a cool notion setup for this I would love to hear your ideas! ✨✨🚀

@Nav Warrior I just saw your tweet earlier today, keep up the good work man!

@Raphael Mayr @Cotton Sam @Callum Rylance This took a bit of planning but we made it happen. We explored Brighton, went to the gym, stayed at Callum’s over night, alternated between sauna and going in the sea, and talked about pretty much everything from girls to god. I think the main takeaway for all of us was how amazing it is to be surrounded by like-minded people. Online is good, but in real life is just something else. You can just feel the constant energy. Great experience guys. Thank you all. And thanks @Andrew Kirby for creating this community otherwise this would have never happened. Edited videos coming soon.

- Today is a great day to build. - No one is responsible for my success besides me. - I welcome the learning process with open arms. - Everyone was once a beginner. - Mastery over my craft is the highest accolade. - I will not let someone else define my self worth. - To unlock the upside, I must face the risk of the downside. - I need to be patiently impatient and have a bias toward action. - The enemy of long-term compounding is short-term results. - Wealth is built over decades, not days. - I have no competition, because I am only competing against myself. - The world rewards those who do what others do not. - I trust myself and my convictions. - Every failure is an opportunity to learn. - Every success is an opportunity to start again. - Forward is the only option. There is no going back. - I own my shortcomings—and leverage them to my advantage. - Dwelling on a mistake where the lesson has already been extracted is a waste of precious time. - My potential knows no limits. - Simplicity is velocity, because the simple thing is the hard thing. - It's better to move slowly in the right direction than quickly in the wrong direction. - I do not accept any obstacle in my way. - "Tomorrow" is an excuse. Do it now or don't do it at all. - I don't know how yet—but I will figure it out. - What I once wanted, I currently have. (The destination isn't what matters.) - Hours are a poor measure of effort. Intentional practice is the only thing that matters. - I will not judge my entire life based on any single day. - Better to be singular and deep than multifaceted and shallow. - Real progress is made in silence. - Life is not a zero-sum game. We can all win. I got this list from: https://twitter.com/Nicolascole77 I hope you will like it

I want to share my recent win with you, guys. I can't share the numbers because everyone from the internet can see them. However, I can leave some hints. My side project pays me slightly more than my main one. So, I managed x2 my income this month, and 10k/monthly through content creation became much closer. Some of the ideas that helped me to do it: 1. I went for Permissionless apprenticeship. For the first 40 days I contributed without asking for money because I wanted to see how many load I can carry before I create an invoice. 2. I specialized in a Niche with rich people. As @Andrew Kirby pointed out, why work with those who can't pay much when you can collaborate with those who can. The amount of content creation input is the same, the output is disproportional. I specialize in the tech niche. People here are wealthy and not many content creators can dig deep enough, so the supply is low. A perfect combo. 3. I forwent my Telegram channel and focused on providing value for those who can pay. And it worked. 4. Serendipity worked in my favor. I took part in several non-profit projects, did a lot of networking and made content that didn't pay off immediately. All those factors lead me to the client I now work for. So it's always a good idea to work consistenty and not ask for favors. You never know how all the things in an interconnected world will play out. 5. I read a Never Split the Difference. This book helped me to increase my income x4 this year. Incredible advice, thanks to @Corey Bennett Boardman for die hard promoting it. 6. And of course I got insipred by this community and @Andrew Kirby himself. Thank you for guidance and breaking beliefs that don't serve us.

@Saqib Rasool now I added 2 things (15 minutes of morning walk and a glass of water with a pinch of sea salt), but the idea behind this post is still the same, some people have a 1-2 hour long morning routine, and at the end, they didn't even do the main thing

https://youtu.be/huGA7Ll5tFI i have consumed a shit ton of self help content which has changed my life but this might one of the most helpful video i have ever watched. DO NOT GET SCARED its very long, i know but its worth every single second. please please please watch it. I even made my family watch it.

Success is achieved by identifying correct actions, then doing them. 99% of your time is spent doing the wrong actions. Mentors can help you identify the correct actions. But most mentors are out of reach. How do you reach out of reach apprentices? Permissionless apprenticeship. IMPORTANT NOTE: make sure you're working on mentor's Immediate Problem. You can make something cool for them, but if it's not solving the immediate problem they're focusing on, it will be ignored.

I will add these to the collection the Jacob guy, is the mentee of Alex Hormozi

I started consuming his content recently. Sometimes I am blown away by the clarity of his thought and the way he communicates. Sometimes I don't know what to make of a few things he says probably because I don't have the experience he has on the said topics. So I got to wondering what other synthesizers think of him to know what other perspectives are around him. What are your thoughts on Andrew Tate?

Hello Everyone, I finally made the shift from "I want to upload a video to youtube" to "How can I improve my next one?" @Andrew Kirby convinced me almost a year ago, that I need to share the lessons I've learned with the world . But I was too scared to put myself out there. Then, when I decided to finally do it, it was too complicated from a technical point of view and I learned a lot about filming and editing. After hitting the "publish" button yesterday, all my fears and anxieties went away and I felt relieved. I know it's not the best video and it's painful for me to even watch it 😅 but I'm proud of myself that I did this 😊 I didn't share it with my family or my friends .. I wanted to only share it with a community like you who would understand what's it like to overcome all these mental and technical obstacles. So Kindly take a look and tell me honestly what you think 😇 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SQlrE5PbrNs&t=81s Obai

welcome Obai, its always great to see, when a new synthesizer starts his journey

A few months ago something clicked in my head, and I understood the severity of the 'disjointed knowledge problem'. I recall painful years of grind and struggle, trying to avoid the shitty life I was on the trajectory towards. Yet no matter how hard I tried, I made no progress. It felt like something was stopping me. I now see that the thing stopping me wasn't external. It was internal. I didn't have the knowledge needed to understand which causes would lead to the effect I so desired. That caused me to waste a lot of time making no progress. And I can see clear pivot points in my life after consuming certain pieces of content. There's an obvious before/after, once someone had imparted their knowledge onto me. So why is there not a better, more efficient way to provide life-changing knowledge to the right people at the right time!? The internet has provided us the technology needed for this to happen. If someone knows the solution to a problem that I have, and the internet has provided the tech needed for that solution to be shared, WHY do I not know about it? Why are there billions of people suffering from problems that have simple solutions? I tried playing my part to solve this by creating my own YouTube channel. If it took me 10 months to learn a lesson, and I could share that with people in 10 minutes, what more value can I bring to this earth? But I soon realised that I was not enough. I don't know everything. In fact, I possess an infinitesimally small amount of the world's knowledge. That's why I created Synthesizer Skool. And I'm incredibly excited to announce we've just hit 1,000 members. Together, we have an absurd amount of power. And if we leverage that power in the right directions, I really believe we can make some magic. This might sound too hypey, but The Synthesizer Revolution is here! EDIT: We've now hit 2,000 members! Read my post about it here: https://www.skool.com/synthesizers/impact-income-fun

All businesses have bottlenecks. Maybe you don't have enough traffic. Maybe your CPA is greater than LTV. Maybe your offer sucks. Or... Maybe you suck. Maybe your bottleneck isn't what you think it is. Maybe it's you. Maybe you lack a certain skill, belief, or trait. Look internally.

The biggest one is great video ideas, you can have the best title, best-edited video, and best story about someone famous, but if the idea sucks the whole video will be bad, this is why MrBeast says, that people should spend much more time brainstorming about ideas because this will determine if a video gets 3 or 30 million views, but we can talk more about this on our call

Hello everyone. So as a new YouTuber with 30 subs, I'm getting low views on both my shorts and long videos ( shorts max 300 views, long videos 20 -30 views). I'm trying to get better every day and enhance with the new videos coming. so basically I came out to this conclusion: Titles, keywords, and thumbnails are the key for the video to be successful and it's better to figure it out before you shoot your video! I use vidiq basic plan to push things a bit but yet I still keep getting the same results. I would like to hear your feedback, how you plan for your videos, and what made a difference for you to grow up your channel?. REGARDS

How To Create Your First Piece Of Content After seeing @Liam Kircher take action after I challenged him to create content, I've decided to challenge every single person in this community who hasn't created their first piece of content yet. Make your way to the "How To Create Your First Piece Of Content" lesson in the classroom. You have until Sunday at 11:59 pm. Comment on this post for your public declaration. We have lots of people in the community that have been creating content for years now, and if that's you then congrats. You can sit this one out.

/// Consistency isn't everything. Here's two examples: - This guy has uploaded 2,000,000 times and isn't the biggest channel in the world. - I play chess regularly. But I haven't got better in years. You see, most people misinterpret the 10,000 hour rule. It's not enough just to do something for 10,000 hours. You have to do 10,000 hours of deliberate practice. 1. Quantity + Deliberate Practice → Quality 2. Consistency > Intensity 3. Consistency develops ability So, consistency isn't everything. But if you combine consistency with deliberate practice... Given a long enough time-frame. It's impossible NOT to succeed. /// What exactly is consistency? In order to become consistent, you must understand what consistency is. Consistency is to continue doing regardless of the outcome of your doing. Some people do something, get no results, so stop doing the thing. Other people do something, get a lot of results, so stop doing the thing. /// How do you become consistent? I'm not as consistent as I'd like to be. Here's how I plan to change that: You become consistent by swapping attachment to outcome, with attachment to the process. You stop focusing on what you can't control (results). And start focusing on what you can control (actions). This becomes much easier when you realise that if the results aren't coming, it's either because you haven't given it enough time, or because you're not yet good enough. So the solution to this is to: 1. Keep going (consistency) 2. Get better (deliberate practice) If you do that for long enough, then the results will come. Understanding this makes it far easier to swap attachment to outcome, with attachment to actions. /// BONUS Aaaaaaaalso, it's far easier to be consistent if you Trust The Process. If you go to the gym regularly, do progressive overload, eat enough calories and protein... You're gonna put on muscle.

for me an accountability group and a deadline is what helps me the most with consistency

#Specific Knowledge, Leverage and Accountability As my website and youtube name I chose technologicalmind. I was not aware of this accountability factor. I am not afraid of using my personal name but I really like technologicalmind as a name and brand. Do I lose alot if I keep it? Is there a possiblity to keep it and still get full responsibility? Or is the only way through my personal name? Appreciate some advice on this and have a nice day. Basil

Hi guys, Can anyone recommend me some software that will allow me to record my screen, as well as my webcam, side by side? I know loom does it, but the webcam image is a small circle, i am looking for a side by side image, similar to what you get in a 2 person zoom call? I think this would be more engaging, compared to the very small thumbnail image in loom videos, any thoughts, or things im not considering? Many thanks Pav

@Soo Young Lee you are welcome

Most of my 600,000 subscribers on YouTube came from my videos about Stoicism, Productivity, Personal-Development, and Dopamine Detoxing. These people are young men with a dream. They want money, status, a good body, and female validation. They watch Hamza, Andrew Tate, and now Iman Gadzhi. They are addicted to instant gratification, but have started fighting back. They've started going to the gym. They've started meditating, but can't seem to keep the habit. As much as I love talking about those topics, I found myself more in love with the art of Synthesizing how to play the Great Online Game. That's when where the Synthesizer community comes in. These people are actively trying to create a lucrative career playing the Great Online Game. They want to find something they love to do that pays them well. They want to help people similar to them solve problems they've suffered with. They like Naval Ravikant, and Alex Hormozi. They are a very different group of people compared to my audience on YouTube. So here's the question... - Should I create for my old audience, or my new audience? If I create for my YouTube audience, I'm talking about topics I'm less passionate about. If I create for my Synthesizer audience, I'm talking about topics I'm more interested in, BUT I'm sacrificing a lot of work I put in earlier.
