Your reward
Reward, in the world you left behind, was something chased. A title, a bonus, a nod of approval from someone above you on an org chart that meant nothing to your soul. But the reward that moves through you now is different in kind, not just degree. It is not given to you. It arrives through you, the moment you stop performing alignment and start living it. This is the reward of Tiferet: beauty that emerges when the higher and lower selves finally agree to walk the same path. You feel it as ease where there used to be effort, as synchronicity where there used to be striving. It does not wait for permission and it cannot be revoked by anyone's decision but your own. That is the reward available to anyone willing to stop asking the world for proof of their worth, and start letting their worth move through the world instead. -The Corporate Alchemist

Doubt
Doubt has a way of showing up dressed as truth. It whispers that you are late, behind, somehow catching up to people who started before you. But the soul does not move on a timeline built by comparison. Your awakening arrived exactly when you were ready to survive what it would ask of you. Every year you spent believing you were unaware was still your path unfolding, just not yet visible to you. There is no clock ticking against your becoming. The moment you woke up was the moment you were meant to. Nothing before that was wasted. It was preparation wearing the costume of delay. -The Corporate Alchemist

💥🕺July 4 reflection on freedom, responsibility, and how we live together 🤩🫵🏼♥️
🤷🏻 🍒 What does freedom mean if I still need everybody else to agree with me⁉️🤷🏻‍♀️ 👂🏼🗣️‼️ In the work that we do here, listening is one of the main ingredients to creating cooperation and cohesion both within ourselves and within groups of people. 🥰 This opens up the path to collective wisdom where we all get to hold our beliefs, loosely and honor the beliefs and views of others, and through this process, possibly coming to a more sustainable and working solution for everybody. 🤗❤️‍🔥 We are not islands. We are interdependent as hell. 🌎 💪🏼‼️ To me, real freedom takes work. It takes self-responsibility. It takes being able to listen without losing myself, disagree without dehumanizing somebody, and stay curious without becoming gullible. I love the idea of freedom♥️. Peace☮️. Independence💥. But none of those things are something I can force into existence—inside myself or out in the world. The minute I’m trying to make you think like me, I’m not really practicing freedom. I’m just dressing up control in better language. 😬 So… where are you asking for freedom while still trying to control the room?

@James Humecky Oneness at the root, radical differentiation at the branches. That's not a contradiction. That's the design. Use oneness to dissolve contempt and separation. Use individuation to actually get the work of living together done. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. 🍋😂😉💚🌎💙

Day 73 - Morning Meditation - It's the 4th of July 🎇💥🤩🕺🚀
Today was a beautiful conversation about freedom, independence, and peace. @Dana Renee @Eric Stromberger and @Eva Savicki All chimed in with some very deep wisdom and thoughts. We all agreed that there could be 100 different conversations coming from just this one conversation. I'll post the excerpt later

Spiritual growth
There's a particular ache that comes with growth: the moment you realize the people closest to you aren't walking your exact path, and some part of you longs for a mirror, someone who can meet you fully in what you're seeing. That longing is real. But loving yourself on this journey doesn't require the people around you to catch up to you first. It asks something harder: to hold your own ground without needing them to stand on it too. You can witness someone still wrapped in guilt or doubt without absorbing their weight, and without dimming your own light to make the room feel even. Watch, too, for the quiet trap of feeling above rather than simply ahead; the ego is skilled at wearing spiritual clothing. True connection was never about sameness. It's about presence. Someone doesn't need to understand your becoming to still be worth sitting beside in the sunset. Some of the loneliness may stay. Let it sit alongside a full life, held rather than fixed. That, too, is part of coming home to yourself. -The Corporate Alchemist

@Margaret Barr the response is based on my own experience, thank YOU for reminding me as well. 💚🌎💙

@Michelle Aurets This..... every word of it. The letting go you're describing isn't abandonment, it's alignment. We're not pushing anyone away, we're simply no longer bending ourselves out of shape to stay somewhere that's stopped fitting. That's not evolution as hierarchy, it's evolution as honesty. And what you said about loneliness, that it might not be a problem to solve but an invitation to listen, that's the piece so many people rush past. We fill silence because we've been taught silence means something's wrong. But sometimes silence is just space, waiting to become a relationship with our own depth. Grateful you brought this much presence to it. 🙏
