7 STRANGE SIGNS YOU MAY BE OUTGROWING YOUR OLD IDENTITY
Sometimes change begins long before anything changes on the outside. There’s no big breakthrough. No dramatic moment. No announcement. You simply start noticing that the person you’ve been no longer fits the person you’re becoming. Here are 7 signs you might be in that transition: 𝟭. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲. Not because you’re giving up. You just want less noise, fewer opinions and some space to think. Sometimes growth needs privacy. 𝟮. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲. Your environment. Your habits. Your routines. Sometimes even your relationships. Things you tolerated before suddenly feel out of alignment. 𝟯. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲. Old goals feel flat. Certain conversations feel repetitive. The version of “success” you once chased doesn’t have the same pull. Maybe you haven’t lost your ambition. Maybe your definition of success has changed. 𝟰. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁. You become less willing to perform, pretend or shrink yourself to keep everyone comfortable. There’s a growing desire to live in alignment with what you actually believe. 𝟱. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂. You explain yourself less. You seek less approval. You become more comfortable making decisions other people may not understand. 𝟲. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗹𝘆. Less announcing. Less talking. Less seeking validation. More doing. There is something powerful about working on the next version of your life before showing it to the world. 𝟳. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗲𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴. Nothing necessarily went wrong. You just know. Something inside you has already moved forward — and now your external life needs time to catch up. 𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘'𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧: We often think transformation starts when we decide what we want next. I think it often starts earlier. It starts when who we've been stops feeling like home. That uncomfortable space between the old identity and the new one can feel confusing. But it can also be one of the most important periods of growth.

Trying to promote my platform. Using the toolbox but making it my own.
💡 30 Sep WEDNESDAY COACH TIP
Do not solve the problem too quickly. When a client brings you a challenge, your first instinct may be to give them the answer. But coaching is not about creating dependence on you. It is about helping people become better at thinking, deciding, and taking responsibility for themselves. Instead of immediately saying: “Here’s what you should do…” Try asking: “What do you think your next step should be?” Then go deeper. What is stopping you? What would change if you actually did it? What are you willing to commit to before we speak again? THE COACHING TAKEAWAY A great coach does not leave the client thinking: “My coach knows what to do.” They leave thinking: “I know what I need to do — and I’m going to do it.” That is the difference between giving advice and building ownership. Your goal is not to become the person your clients cannot function without. Your goal is to help them become stronger because they worked with you. COACHES: What is one question you use to help a client take ownership?

I made this post, because I felt stuck and was not sure which way forward. And I know I am not the only one. But if I keep taking those steps i will move forward and I will overcome. And I want the people in my community to know that too.

I believe transformation starts with self‑understanding and compassion, and that every woman already holds the answers she seeks.
