This month... following through on some Divine downloads for expanded talks including schools and corporate gigs. Being "in the room" with some powerhouse voices in the professional speaking industry as a colleague and confidant (rather than a follower) And staying curious as an avid learner. Slam dunk? Not sure, but definitely time well spent.

It's not a fear, but more like a self induced limitation. I KNOW I can do hard things! I get my ass in 42 degree water every morning! My fear/limitation is "code speak"/formatting. It's easy peasy.... ya right. I would rather speak at the Super Dome naked. So... Miss or Mr. VA (or talented cat!) who would love to do this bullshit for me. I am manifesting you on this beautiful Monday morning!

Full Moon Rising?
WTF is going on today? People not showing up for meetings, laptop just shuts off in the middle of a project, and this.... HAVE TO SHARE!!! I spoke at a middle school this morning at butt crack of dawn to a large group of 11-13 year old girls. (about 100)They are from an area that is mostly Hispanic/Native American. My role was to ignite some fire of possibility beyond what they see and hear at home. PERFECT! (career/life after high school) So... after a 10 minute pump up session, I ask them to write down 3 jobs they know for sure they DON'T want. One girl is waving her hand like crazy and the teacher very tentatively calls on her mumbling "oh boy" under her breath. She says...Ms Robins! I know for sure I don't wanna be a stripper! Bingo! Glad my presentation landed! That's how my day began! How bout you???

The biggest shift is two-fold. There is a confidence and trust established with themselves. They see and feel that they can achieve far more than they had allowed previously...so the second part is going all in on the NEXT even bigger vision. Now they're on fire!

I don't offer solutions. Instead I shine the light on their abilities, capabilities, potential, and power. As they begin to take the action steps that THEY blueprinted, more action steps are revealed. Suddenly a vision that once seemed way out of reach is now a reality. And then even bigger visions unfold...and it just keeps going!
