How Long it takes to Master Trading?
I've been programming for 15 years. I'm going to be modest, and say average 4 hours a day, which is roughly 21,900 hours. (I'm pretty sure it's way more than that) And I've been trading for 6 years (fully devoted 8 hours per day) – another 17,500 hours. If the "10,000-hour rule" were real, I'd be a grandmaster by now. But...that's not how it works. I've spent thousands of hours coding at 2AM, rewriting systems that no one will ever see. I've spent thousands of hours studying probability, and building math models, only to get smacked by the market, and coming back the next day anyways. What I've learned is this: Time doesn't create mastery. Intention does. I wasn't clocking in hours. I was chasing precision. Rebuilding the same logic until it made sense. Studying my trades to understand why I was wrong. That's where growth hides. Inside those painful, obsessive loops of refinement. So if you're early in your journey – trading, coding, whatever it is – don't get caught up in counting hours. Focus on getting sharper every single rep. Because 10,000 hours doesn't make you elite. But 10,000 deliberate iterations might. 🔥 Drop a comment if you’re in that season of building quietly and relentlessly.

💻 What machine do you trade on?
I’m curious to hear from everyone—what’s your setup when it comes to trading? Personally, I trade on an M1 Pro MacBook Pro Do you run your trades from a laptop, desktop, custom build, or even something minimal like an iPad or phone? Drop your answer below 👇

The Fastest Path to Becoming a Profitable Trader (It’s Not What You Think)
When I look back at the biggest leaps in my life – whether it's getting lean for the summer, becoming a strong programmer, or becoming a profitable as a trader–the pattern is always the same 👉 I spent an absurd amount of time with people who were better than me. When I first started coding, I didn't know anything. My first junior role was humbling. But spending 8-10 hours per day, 4-5 years surrounded by more experience engineers forced me to absorb the way they thought, the way they solved problems, the way they wrote code. Working with some giant, public tech companies for more than a decade, allowed me to process how some of the sharpest engineers in the world approached business and technology. I didn't learn everything at once, but piece by piece I grew because I was immersed in environments where others pulled me up. It's no different in trading. I've spent years surrounding myself (virtually) with traders who were stronger in different areas. Bit by bit, I adopted their thinking habits, their discipline. That's why I became consistent. Coaching matters–it compresses time and keeps you accountable. But the real accelerator is immersion. Putting yourself in an environment where you can't help but to absorb excellence. So, if you're trying to shortcut the learning curve in trading: Don't just learn alone. Spend absurd amounts of time with people who are better than you. Coaching helps, but immersion transforms you.

I can't make this up...
This morning in the private Telegram, I shared the SPY price targets for the day It literally touched the bottom – the dotted line – 655.12 Now tell me, how random is $655.12? It's not a round number. It's not an obvious level. But Gextron nailed it. Priced touched it, dipped a little under, and then bounced right away. ⚡ Nothing short of incredible. ⚡ Nothing short of precision. ⚡ Nothing short of why we use Gextron every single day. And here’s the thing — I want to give people the opportunity to use this tool. I’m going to create another 10 invite codes. 👉 Comment down below if you want access to it.
