𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸, 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: body, mind, and emotional well‑being.
