Virtual Assistant Recommendations
Hello. I’m new to YouTube and could really use some help. I recently filmed a long form video that I need to be made into shorts. Can anyone recommend a virtual assistant or tell me how to find one specifically for projects like this? I would do it myself, but the subject matter is difficult for me to know what’s most important.

Hi there. Have you ever tried Opus Clips? All you do is share the link to your long format video and it creates several Shorts in seconds, including title (options) and editing features. Quick and easy. I recently made over 60 Shorts in one afternoon using the free version.

Introducing myself
Hi there, just a quick introduction to the group. My name is Bastiaan and together with my wife we started our lives as digital nomads 4 years ago. We sold and gave away all our possessions, reducing it all to our suitcases, carry-ons and gear. Due lockdowns and all that we stranded in Costa Riva, where we have been for over 3 1/3 years now. Our YouTube channel is travel based although now focussed on Costa Rica. Currently started planning for the PanAmerican highway and with that, rebranding our channel back to a travel channel. Looking forward to learn and grow here, plus to meet and connect with interesting and like-minded people. Thanks for reading and have a great day! 😄

Opus Clip: Convert Long Format content to Shorts In Minutes
Hi there everyone, I don't know if this is misplaced or useful but I thought I'd share it anyway. For those on YouTube that use Shorts, I recently discovered an AI software called Opus Clip. This software converts long format videos into Shorts within minutes, creating several Short clips from each video. The free trial comes with 90 minutes of content you can use. It's quite handy and comes with many features, plus you can edit out the result. Then once you upload of course, link it to the original or video to gain more traffic and lead new viewers to your long format content. I was able to create over 70 Shorts in one afternoon, highly recommended to check it out. 😊

@Andrew Murdoch It really is great. Definitely getting the full version for when we start our trip. It does in less than a minute what used to take me hours of work.
