need advice about updating my template
I want to keep the old version topic and bookmark and use the new version from product template how can I do that?

I’m using the first version of productive brain I have a lot of topics and bookmarks that I don’t want to lose them when I upgrade to the latest version how can I transfer the old topics and bookmarks and add them to the new version
