Are you a morning person (lark) or a night owl?
More importantly - when do you do your best creative/strategic thinking and how have you designed your schedule around that? I'm definitely a morning person and tend to naturally wake up at 5am - 5.30am most mornings (even today, which is Sunday here on the sunny Central Coast of NSW). I do calls and also creative thinking at this time of day. I find I get 2x - 3x more done than I do at say 3pm, when I feel the "after school slump". I pick up my girls at 2.30pm - 3.30pm from school in term time and then spend time once they're home and fed and watered doing admin style or review based tasks with @Jovie Antipas How about you? How do lean into your chronobiology to maximise your day?

I am naturally a night owl, however am shifting to a lark. I was getting up at 4am every morning and doing a number of things for myself before kids get up and I have to do breakfast/school duties and start work. School holidays has disrupted that routine, and I hope to get back into it this week (tomorrow).

Intentional. Brave. Focused.
Sunday night / Monday morning: mini challenge
it’s Monday morning here and Sunday night for many of you and I thought we would do a mini challenge to kick start the week. Write down the one goal that you will achieve this week that when it’s done, you will celebrate with us. Big or small. But it needs to be a needle mover in your life or business. Fill in the blanks for this sentence…. My goal is x and when I have achieved it I will feel y. I commit to taking action and sharing when it’s complete. Let’s go!

My goal is to undertake my very first coaching session with a client to get to know him and understand what it is he is looking for. When I have achieved it I will feel a sense of relief that I am pushing forward further down this path which will be another step in a career transition. I commit in taking this action and sharing when it's complete.
What are you letting go of in 2026?
In our recent Review-Integrate-Activate Workshop (see the classroom for access) one of the areas you focused on was what you are LETTING GO OF this year. It could be an offer you have, a habit you want to change or a belief that's holding you back. What are YOU letting go of? Share below and let's inspire each other...
