I have a diverse array of interests & skills. I'm wondering if I should niche down or up? I've got so many ideas for summits. I'm not sure if diversifying will water down my offerings. What do you think?

What is your preference as a speaker? What is your preference as a participant? I like using slides if I am speaking for a recorded session where I won't be available for questions but when I am speaking live I prefer to keep the slides to a minimum and to break them up within the session. We will be talking about this in our speakers' orientation session. I would love your input now.
