My company, Terminus Management Technologies, has developed proprietary software code named "Jericho." It takes decision making capability out of a funnel and places it in a linear flowdown so that other decision makers are not hindered due to inaction or inactivity at other echelons of the process. It has completely transformed the way we handle our daily business and cut our dwell time significantly. Without Jericho, I would be completely bogged down in the day to day administrative burdens of finance, HR, and accounting instead of building tools and getting our software out there.

I'm going to be playing some golf, but I will also be working. The release of my debut novel is right around the corner and the final preparations are NO JOKE. I also have a pitch with another DefCon soon for Terminus. This is a definite MUST situation. But pushing through those must weekends will lead to shoulds which will ultimately move to wants.
