I deleted 500 emails from my list
Yes, you read that correctly. Every quarter or less, I do a hard scrub on my list and remove contacts that haven't opened/clicked in 6 months or more. Yesterday, after deleting the emails, I felt a rush of lightness in my body. Don't know why, but true. If you're out there building an email list, it is CRITICAL to scrub dead email addresses by either deleting or doing a re-engagement campaign. We need to maintain lists that are engaged, so that our deliverability stays strong. When is the last time you scrubbed the list? Note --- size of list doesn't matter. If you're emailing to 100 people, and 50% haven't opened/clicked one of your emails in 6 months... guess what?! It's time for a breakup.

I do this periodically. Along with improving your response rates, it saves you money as well.
In 3 Words...who is your person?
Who is your ideal customer? Do you know? Are you still shaping that avatar? Have you met your ideal customer online or in real life? As I continue to refine my business, that's a question that I come back to, along with "am I really listening, or just passively nodding along?". It's a work in progress! You?

Creative. Capable. Overwhelmed. Creative: They love ideas. They enjoy designing things, making things, helping people, and bringing concepts to life. The creativity part is not problem. In reality, they usually have too many ideas. Capable: Most of them are perfectly capable of learning Canva, AI, email marketing, Etsy, or whatever skill they need. BUT, they need clearer pathways to get them where they want to be. Overwhelmed: Maybe just a little bit. Many of them are juggling a lot of responsibilities, working jobs, and caring for family. So my job is to help them develop momentum to go from "I have a million ideas and no time" to "I actually finished something today." And yeah, my avatar is still evolving at this point, and will probably continue to do so, based on the needs of the folks I serve. 😊
How Do Sales Happen in A Skool?
You tell me. What do you believe must be in place in order for someone to buy? How or when do people buy? Or better yet, what needs to be true for you in order for you to pull the trigger on a purchase? Reply to the poll, and let's discuss!!

I usually buy because it solves a need and I've also filtered through reviews and investigated the offer.

@Carolina Velis Usually by combing through threads and asking folks outright
Are you money? in the money category??
I'm starting to gather my list of money category Skools for the next roundup. Pull up your dashboard, go to Discovery, and look up the category you're affiliated with. VIPs receive priority listing in the roundup (details here #How To Get Your Skool Mentioned In Shout Outs ). Here's an example of what this will look like: Best Spirituality Skools. Reply with a yes! and if you have more than one Skool, just share the name. Don't drop links, I'll look you up.

I'm working on mapping out and adding content to my classroom this week. It's a little dead over there right now 😁, but that's okay, I'm just getting started.

@Carolina Velis You're right, but I get so excited though. My main focus will on mapping out the content.
