Recovery training
This morning was a recovery training that I did 36 minute of treadmill with inclining a bit but mostly just walking on it

@Rebecca Martin I teach high-energy Fitness (I'm a cardio freak), but I can't run (or jog) to save my life! 🤭 I do walk every morning though... I take my hat off to anyone that runs/jogs! So good on you...
