🚀 Day 1 – AI Production Setup & Research Main Objective: Day 1 was focused on building the foundation. I did not create any ads yet. The goal was to set up all required AI platforms, explore their features, understand pricing/credits, and see how everything connects before starting production. 🔧 Platforms I Set Up & Explored 1️⃣ HeyGen - Signed up and explored the free plan. - Learned how text-to-video works (write a prompt → platform generates a production-ready video with visuals, B-roll, and edits). - Explored AI avatars (photo-based cloning + custom virtual characters). - Reviewed templates like news and presentation formats. - Understood the credit system and pricing tiers. 2️⃣ ElevenLabs - Explored text-to-speech generation. - Tested voice cloning and voice changer features. - Learned about voice isolation and sound tools. - Reviewed subscription plans and monthly credit usage. 3️⃣ Kling AI - Explored AI image and video generation (more animation-style content). - Tested motion controls and free credits. - Compared free vs paid plans. 4️⃣ Hix AI (Higgsfield) - Explored image/video generation tools. - Checked face swap and character creation options. - Reviewed pricing and limited free credits. 5️⃣ Canva + CapCut + Premiere Pro - Canva for thumbnails and simple visuals. - Premiere Pro for full professional editing. - CapCut mainly for subtitles. 📚 What I Learned - How each AI tool serves a different role (avatars, voice, video, editing). - How credit-based pricing works across platforms. - The strengths and limitations of free versions. - How these tools can combine to create AI-powered UGC ads. - Watched tutorials for every platform to fully understand workflows. ✅ Day 1 Outcome - Accounts created on all major platforms. - Features explored and tested. - Pricing & upgrade plans understood. - Clear idea of which tools I’ll use for what purpose. 🎯 Summary Day 1 was about research, setup, and understanding the ecosystem. No production yet — just building knowledge and clarity.

@Hassaan Shahzad AI Ugc are the side skill, main skill would be mastering ugc structuring, hooks, angles, editng etc Then mastering the prompt engineering and how to create consistent avatars AI ugc would be the side skill but trending right now. Everyone needs AI UGC ads

@Mubashira Baig what do you exactly mean by ai ugc influencers Like influencers on instagram but they are AI and selling products? Yes that thing is profitable but.. It has to be executed well. Not all AI things get picked up by social media You can search on it I think the best way to start is selling it as a skill
AI UGC ADS Day 7
AI UGC ADS – Day 7 : Script Variations & Testing Framework 🎯 Goal of the day: Today was about learning how to create multiple variations of the same script and understanding how creative testing works in advertising. Instead of producing only one ad, brands create several variations of the same ad to test which one performs best. I learned how to build a systematic variation framework, how to test different elements of a script, and how to think like a media buyer instead of just a script writer. 🔎 What I Did Today I learned that winning ads are not written once — they are discovered through testing. Brands rarely run a single ad. Instead, they run 5–10 variations of the same ad, changing small elements to see which version performs best. These variations help brands understand: • Which hook stops the scroll • Which CTA drives more clicks • Which proof builds the most trust • Which tone connects with the audience The most important rule is: Change only ONE element at a time. If multiple elements change at once, it becomes impossible to understand which change improved the performance. 1️⃣ Hook Variations The hook is the first 3–5 seconds of the video. This is the moment where the viewer decides whether to continue watching or scroll away. The script remains the same, but the opening line changes. Examples of hook variations: • Question Hook • Bold Claim Hook • Statistic Hook • Curiosity Hook • Direct Hook Example: “If your acne keeps coming back no matter what you try… listen.” Another variation: “Why does acne always come back right when your skin starts clearing?” Testing hooks helps determine which opening grabs the most attention. 2️⃣ CTA Variations CTA means Call To Action. This is the ending part of the video where you guide the viewer on what to do next. Different CTAs can influence how many viewers actually take action. Examples: • “Link in bio.” • “Try it yourself.” • “Check the link and see if it works for you.” • “Use the discount code below.” Even small CTA changes can affect click-through rates and conversions.

There are days where if you don't pay attention, if you don't look up and see what's actually running right now, you will be left behind. Today felt like one of those days. For a while I've been running around trying to figure out automations, asking people for help, going through different tools, different routes. And somewhere in the middle of all that chaos I made a decision. Why the hell not just learn it myself? I was going to start with n8n. That was the plan. But then I kept seeing Claude Code everywhere and it became clear this thing is taking over. It's not a trend. It's a shift. And I didn't want to be the person who missed it. So today I started. Day one. In about 30 to 40 minutes I learned how to install Claude Code on Windows and Mac. I learned how to create directories. I got a feel for how the whole thing works. As a beginner it felt surprisingly doable. It's going to get harder, obviously. But today it felt accessible. And then in that same 30 to 40 minutes, I built something. A content repurposing tool. You give it a long form transcript and it outputs clipped content, tweet style posts, social captions. All in one go. I didn't write a single line of code. I just talked to it in plain English and it built the whole thing. I haven't tested it on a real transcript yet. But the tool exists. I made it. On day one. I'm a beginner. I know nothing. And I still built something today. That's the whole point.
