Wanting more. Not doing enough.
I always wanted more But I never did enough This is one of the biggest flaws anyone can have. I agree with the idea of dreaming big But just dreaming isn't enough, you have to act on it. Over the last couple of years, my work output has increased, and it will keep increasing Only revealing that I'm still not doing enough The question is: will I ever feel like I'm doing enough ? I think this is a thought shared by many entrepreneurs

Biggest difference in my business
If there's one thing that has made the most difference in my business is: Network. Talk with people. Be shameless. Ask for help. No one will help you if you don't help yourself.
Current Marketing Problem
I started my marketing agency just a month ago and to my surprise, I closed two clients in my first week. At first, it felt like everything was falling into place. I’d already helped a few self-employed friends grow their small businesses, so I figured scaling that into real clients would be smooth sailing. It wasn’t. Now that I’m working with more established businesses here in Malta, I’ve realized something, sometimes the biggest challenge isn’t marketing strategy… it’s the people inside the company. You can have a visionary business owner who gets it, who understands why brand and marketing matter but if their team isn’t aligned, things start to fall apart. No amount of ad spend or funnel optimization can fix a team that doesn’t want to grow. Still, this is all part of the process. I’m learning what it really takes to help a business grow from the inside out, not just through marketing, but through communication, vision, and leadership alignment. I assume this is a recurring problem for a lot of businesses which is why I keep saying that building teams is the priority for a business to scale.

First Things First
I’m so excited to kick things off here. This community was created to connect solo entrepreneurs and small business owners so we don’t have to figure everything out alone. To get started, I’d love for you to introduce yourself: - Who are you? - What do you do? - What’s your biggest bottleneck in business right now? Sharing openly helps us see where we can support each other — because chances are, someone here has already faced (and solved) the same challenge you’re dealing with. 🚀 And one more thing: this group becomes stronger the more people join. If you know other entrepreneurs who would benefit from connecting, learning, and growing with us, invite them in! Let’s make this the place where solo entrepreneurs don’t feel so solo anymore. 💡
