I had my own encounter with Jesus 3 days ago in the medicine wheel I built on my property overlooking the Mississippi River. I periodically meditate and ground myself in the wheel. I have had a few mystical events, but had yet to feel the energy of the wheel. That has changed. Now when I enter, I feel the energy of Gaia enter my feet. I was guided to sit in the center and ground myself. I did. I was relaxed and had stiff muscles in my back from mowing the grass in the wheel with an old push wheel rake mower...muscles not used since last season. As I sat there, looked at the river and immediately went to the Temple of Isis that is on an island surrounded by the Nile River. I sat and enjoyed the flow. It was then I thought I felt an energy around my left foot, so I looked down. My left toe appeared to be gently moving independently of the other. Seeing this as strange, I reached for my glasses to confirm what I was seeing. Yep, big toe gently moving on its own. Odd I thought. Then my foot appeared to be shaded, and then thought I felt hands on my feet. I leaned into the moment, relaxed and the first though was: Jesus is washing my feet. I felt tears forming and then through thought I heard - Do not cry. I am your equal and it is my honor to wash the feet of a brave woman who performs my work. - I froze and realized that we are all equal. We are all here to learn to be sovereign beings, to take back our power and lead through love. I have no idea where this life is taking me...but we are all in...good hands...the hands of Creation.

@Allison Brown The way you speak to this group...I am positive that you performed more than "ok". My guess is you knocked it out of the park!

I am just now jumping on to this challenge. Yesterday I met with a mentor who challenged me to mirror work. I have completed Louise Hays 21 day Mirror Work in the past, but today I added one more component. It went like this: I looked deeply into my eyes in the mirror and state out loud - Ann I love you. I really, really love you. You have been through so many experiences, and I know you focus on the negative ones but you have had really positive ones as well. Today I say to you - I love you and I really, really forgive you. I give you permission to forgive yourself for all unpleasant experiences, but look at what you learned from them. Today, I love and forgive you.....................and I believed it. No tears. Just pure belief.

@Suzanne Boben I am being vulnerable and transparent. I have yet to procure the Sophia Code - the book. Two days ago in meditation I was directed to stand in front of the mirror...and the down load the code - it was given. I received it graciously. I have yet to discover where this is leading me. I am resisting to peer around the corner, and I am patiently waiting what is yet to be exposed. I would love to connect with you if that resonates with you. What I am discovering is that there is a sisterhood - one that existed in the past and will formulate in the future...It's exciting to be me - 😉.

@Suzanne Boben I got the nudge that I am not supposed to read it...that I am to experience it on my own. I have no idea what that means but your insight is confirmation - thank you for that. Yes, please keep me informed of your September event/facilitation.

@Allison Brown We incarnated...to feel it all. I no longer look at the pain of my past as pain, I see it as beautiful lessons. Those who provide us pain bravely hold the mirror for us to see our own reflection and that they are not the ones who give us pain...the personality (ego) does...through our perceptions. We hold the power over our own experience. We are God. We are creators, and create our pain and joy. Why not produce joy over pain? Oh, it took me so long to get here, but I celebrate that I am Creation. Many do not understand and experience that...but I am here to teach others who are ready to receive this message. Yes! I am so ready to be...me!
