Thank you Michael. It’s so much to unwrap and I feel like I’ve blocked so much of it that I am having a hard time getting through it. I don’t know what beliefs these situations might have caused. I’m starting the meditations so hopefully when I am in that quiet time I am able to get the answers I NEED

Struggling to look inside myself
I am struggling to be able to look deep inside myself to find out the root cause of why i cheated and why i need external validation. Are there any tips to help unlock my mind and look deep inside. I really want to make my marriage work, heal my husband and myself

I feel the same way when it comes to my childhood. I had amazing parents. However, there was SA from a caregiver I had at a very young age and from a cousin a few years later. Then from an uncle when I was a teen. I am wondering if these situations could have wired my brain in a certain way… For me after going through the beginning videos I was able to see some things in my relationship that I had forgotten about. I hope you find the answers you are looking for. This journey is not easy🤍
