This morning was a big morning as I told more than a few people I was going to go for a 25 kilometre run, and I did. It was very tough near the end but we ended up doing well and got that shit done. David Goggins has been a big part in me getting back into running even though I’m not trying to lose weight, but yeah training for the marathon is going good and I think I might even run one in the next month or two
Today we have 18+ hours on planes and in airports but we get home at about 3pm so the plan is to still go to the gym and for a run. I will update this to what I actually do. Today has been a very productive morning, and if you win the morning then you can win the day. Won days lead to good streaks where you build your good habits and you build good things. Today I have: Hit arms gym session Ran 5.5km Swam for 30mins Made and uploaded long and short form content. Meditated Journaled Stretched That is majority of my daily habits and goals done, all before noon.
