I have a question. I didn’t use Ossa all of October and November. I got billed in October and in November but still only have 20k credits. I had like 25k credits back in September when i paused. shouldn’t i have all my credits from September, October and November so 40k plus? If I paid for them, they shouldn’t expire, correct?

So tiktok is finally starting to accept my ossa made videos and they are doing super well. Even posting on youtube as well. I talked to my ai mentor and he suggested starting over with a new niche, so i chose christmas, but tiktok isn’t accepting my video, lol. But now the history ones are working. What gives?!?! Hi guys! I am incredibly frustrated. I found out about ossa through tiktok and learned how to use it to create videos for tiktok. However, every single video I make on ossa is declined for recommendation on tiktok for unoriginal or low quality. It doesn’t make sense. What am i doing wrong? I see to many other people on the app using (what looks like) ossa software and crushing it. I spent a lot of money buying credits and now they are doing me no good. I am a teacher so money is always tight. I love ossa, i love the quality of the videos, the graphics, all of it - except for the fact that every video is not recommended for some reason
