Yesterday, tinuruan kami ni Kuys JM how to do Notion, and at last, I was able to see my future self,, may system na akong gagawin for my future projects and daily tasks. It will really help me with my time management, and ought to myself to reach out to clients. Marami akong narealize about myself. Kulang din pala ako sa motivation. I've suffered from anxiety and depression these past few years ,sobrang baba ng self-esteem ko. Siguro dahil sa parents, pressure na rin sa family. I was even taking meds before, pero na-stop ko na rin dahil wala nang budget to support it. (’Di ko na lang iko-kwento ’yung iba pa, medyo private and personal.) Most newbies get stuck sa overthinking and **analysis paralysis** (you can Google this one) ,,,yung think ka na lang nang think, and also FOMO. Sadly, isa din ito sa naging issue ko to myself.. *** P̶L̶A̶N̶ P̶L̶A̶N̶ P̶L̶A̶N̶——>>> ACTION** I still want to thank **Kuys JM** for giving us time to learn Notion , talagang real time mo kami tinuruan step by step , we are doing the actual task na , hindi lang sya theory. We know how much effort you put to make the course better. You even skipped a meal ,, and I also skipped meal that time kasi ayaw ko rin mawala ’yung momentum ng natutunan ko. Kasama pa ’yung pasumpong-sumpong kong internet during the session, but that didn’t stop me from coming back and learning from our mentor. Meron akong self realization last night. If you have struggles same as me please follow your plan and not your MOOD and do it for your future self. You can be 1% better everyday, just keep on going.
