Hey guys! Here are my quiz results. I am not drawn to wholesaling as I have done it for 2 years with no success and really did not enjoy it. Fix and flips align with looking for active income. Multifamily is definetly where I want to end up in as I started my real estate as a Commercial agent doing multifamily and really enjoyed it. I didn't enjoy the sales part but I enjoyed the underwriting.
