I've started a podcast! I've been wanting to do this for a while, but I wasn't sure about it. One day, I decided to take the leap of faith and START! If there is one thing I have learned from this community, it is that we need to just start. Most of the time, you don't know where you are going. and hey, that is OKAY! GO FOR IT and you will build beautiful things! Building a podcast was really important to me in my journey to share a community. I love writing, but sometimes it feels like I'm not actually connecting. I want Eunoia to be a COMMUNITY, and sharing my voice with the raw, vulnerable, moments is so much more personal in my opinion. What if you could shift your mindset from negative to positive with just one question? Well, you can with the power of positive "what if" questions! When you ask yourself positive "what if" questions, you can begin to focus on the possibilities and opportunities that lie ahead. Instead of saying "what if I fail?" - ask yourself "what if I succeed?" This simple shift in thought will have huge impact on your mindset. Your turn! Let me know in the comments your positive “what if”… xx, Giulia
This is making me think so much. If the answer was yes, I would ask to have my story and my voice shared. When I was younger I had an autoimmune disorder that messed with me so much. Today, I would say one of my biggest passions and goals is to share that story and to be the voice I once needed. If the answer was yes, I would do it. Even now, when I don't know if the answer is yes, yet, I am doing it!
This is one of my favorite quotes, and it also makes a lot of sense. What are your comments on it?🌟✨😍💯😇 "If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you, it will be enough.—Meister Eckhart
“I saw a study that said speaking in front of a crowd is considered the number one fear of the average person. Number two was death. This means to the average person, if you have to be at a funeral, you would rather be in the casket than doing the eulogy.”—Jerry Seinfeld
