WELCOME!!! If you are like me, and don't take the time to read everything 😂... here are a few simple instructions to start: First, download the SKOOL app, it's much easier to access on the go. Second, introduce yourself: this will gain you access to our Classroom where you'll find free materials. Third, you'll find our accredited Trauma-Informed Functional Breathwork Certification in the Classroom tab. And last, check out our pinned posts for more detailed info 🎉

Hi peeps, I'm Alessia, originally from Italy now living in Dublin. I just completed Level 1 ReWild Breathwork teacher training last August and am very glad to connect with you all. Interested in collaborating/finding our space/voice in this field together! Feel free to reach out, happy to have a chat, had an idea to create monthly catch ups with the practitioners, if you're interested ping me!

Welcome to the ReWild Breathwork (free) Community
Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. First, be sure to download the SKOOL app, it's much easier to pop in on the go. This space was created as a free community for anyone curious about breathwork, the nervous system, and somatic healing. It’s a place to learn, connect, and share the tools that support nervous system repair and embodied living. Here’s what you’ll find inside: - Resources and practices to support regulation and resilience - Space to share reflections - Opportunities to connect with others exploring similar paths - Our accredited Trauma-Aware Functional Breathwork Certification To keep this space safe and grounded, we ask everyone to honor these values: 1. Confidentiality & Respect 2. Share From Your Own Experience 3. Nervous System Safety First 4. Educational, Not Prescriptive 5. Curiosity & Openness First Post: Introduce Yourself To get started, introduce yourself in the comments below. By doing this, you'll gain access to our classroom of materials. You might share: - Your name & where you’re joining from - What drew you to breathwork or somatic healing - One intention you’re bringing into this community I’ll go first: I’m Jamie Janko, founder of ReWild Breathwork. I move between Bali, Dublin, and Los Angeles. Breathwork profoundly shifted my own nervous system and opened a path toward deeper embodiment and clarity. My intention here is to create a grounded, supportive space where you can explore this work for yourself. Now it’s your turn, I look forward to meeting you. Jamie

Hi everyone, pleasure to be here, a little late in the discussion but catching up on life and my breathwork journey! I had the pleasure to be part of the Level 1 ReWild breathwork teacher training this past August in Dublin, since then my life unfolded in such a beautiful and unimaginable way, I never looked back and there's no going back. I am currently exploring my own authettix way and space in this industry and this field. As breathwork has taught me to take life more slowly, one step and one breath at a time, I am confident that whatever is meant for me will find me in the right moment. In the meantime, I am open to explore collaborations, online, international or dublin based and unite the forces in this space that sometimes feels a bit "lonely". Would love to find mentors here and figure things out together. ❤️
