Metabolism maxxing start
Yesterday I had my fist 250mg of Aspirin before bed and felt like I had grown a nother pair of balls, I feel amazing. I've also bought the activated charcoal, I'm unsure tho what the best time of taking it is. And today's school lunch is crazy - cottage cheese and white shugar.

Man’s going in with the aspirin. Good to hear that you gave it a try. When it comes to activated charcoal. I would use it 1-2 times per week. And I like using it before I go to sleep or right when I wake up or in between meals.
I want your opinion on Rosemary (based on experience and research)

Have you went through the metabolic mastery course?
Copper
In animals, copper supplementation can restore natural colour to white hair, and in one experiment, it increased longevity. At present, there isn't enough knowledge about the safety of different ways of administering supplemental copper. It can be toxic, and it oxidizes other nutrients. Besides choosing foods high in copper and low in iron and other heavy metals, other dietary choices which support thyroid function will tend to promote the retention of copper. Other dietary practices can minimize our production of cortisol (e.g., combining fruits and proteins, since protein foods lower blood sugar and stimulate the secretion of cortisol).
