Huge Gratitude to Our October Retreat Participants!
Wow. We're still feeling the powerful glow from our last Summer retreat! Honestly, we wanted to take a moment and just pour out our gratitude to every single person who showed up. You didn't just attend; you brought your whole, incredible selves. It was more than just a gathering; it was a profound sharing of hunity. We saw such deep, authentic connections being forged, and watching each of you find that deeper link to your own self was simply breathtaking. That feeling? That's what we call magic. What did the retreat confirm for us? That sharing and community are the foundation of healing. Not just for us as individuals, but for all of us, collectively. When we drop the walls and truly connect, the ripple effect is immense. That’s why we do this. To everyone who was there: Welcome to the Shangriballa Family. You are valued, you are seen, and you are officially part of our tribe. This isn't the end of the journey; it's just the beginning of a new chapter together. We can't wait to see the beautiful things you create with the energy and insights you gathered.

Acceptance Integration Call
Today's integration call focused on a powerful theme: acceptance. The core message was that the process of integration is, at its heart, the acceptance of "what is"—the present moment, our current reality, and ourselves. To illustrate this, Patrick shared a non-dual session with Ryan. This session offers valuable insights and a practical method that can be helpful for anyone on their journey. We're sure you'll find the information and the approach Patrick demonstrated to be a useful tool. A huge thank you to Jade, Ryan, Stacy, and Patrick for generously sharing your time, love, and wisdom with the group. Your contributions were truly appreciated. Today's integration call

Thank you @Lisa Silva, @Jade Taaffe, @Ryan E, @Stacy Townsend, and @Patrick Boulan for sharing so vulnerably and with love, and for creating such a healing space for the rest of the community to be part of.
How can we support you?
We're committed to supporting you on your journey after the retreat, and we're looking to you for inspiration! We already offer support through our community and regular calls, but we want to make sure the content is as helpful as possible. What topics would you like us to focus on? To get your ideas flowing, maybe it's: - How to integrate your insights from the retreat into your daily life. - Specific meditation or mindfulness practices to maintain your progress. - Navigating challenges that arise as you return to your routine. - Deep dives into specific non-duality or spiritual concepts. What topics would be most meaningful and supportive for you right now? Share your thoughts below!

Dear Lisa, the 5 experience has been incredibly transformative for me, and I’ve been fortunate to have extensive support outside and inside the community that helped me navigate the integration process. Based on what I’ve learned during this journey, I’d love to see more talk about: • Trauma-informed integration approaches that recognize how nervous system activation can block us from resting in presence • The possibility of experiencing attachment wounds or abandonment feelings during integration • Somatic practices that help the body feel safe enough to embody non-dual insights • That someone might need to integrate trauma alongside spiritual guidance • The energetic work that 5 makes available - how to work with the energy that gets released and moves through the body during integration Thank you for the work you do, and let us all cooperate to make this incredible medicine safe and transformative for all that are courageous enough to show up to experience 5.
The End of "Spiritual Seeking"
So many of us are on a "spiritual journey," always looking for a higher state, a better version of ourselves, or some magical "enlightenment." We're constantly searching. But the core teaching of non-duality is that you are already what you're looking for. The treasure isn't at the end of a long journey; it's right here, right now, completely available. The search itself can become the biggest block. * You don't "become" awake. You simply recognize that you're already awake. * The seeking stops. The moment you realize there's nothing to find. * The journey is a myth. What matters is the recognition that happens in this very moment. What concept or idea you've recently let go of that used to be a big part of your spiritual seeking?

Beautiful post. I love this teaching about recognizing what’s already here. I’d add: Trauma work isn’t about becoming whole - it’s about removing what blocks us from feeling the wholeness that’s already here. Sometimes we need to heal the nervous system first so it feels safe enough to rest in what’s always been available.
🎉 NEW VIDEO! Deep Dive into Emotional Integration with Patrick Boulan! 🎉
We are absolutely thrilled to share a very special and profound interview with one of the helping founders of the Shangriballa method, Patrick Boulan himself! In this illuminating session, Patrick unpacks the transformative process of Emotional Integration, based on his foundational work and his powerful article, "The Process of Emotional Integration: A Path to Realisation." This isn't just theory; Patrick offers incredible insights into how our nervous system holds onto unintegrated emotions, and, most importantly, how we can gently and effectively release these charges to find true inner peace and clarity. What you'll discover in this video: - Why old emotional wounds show up in our present reactions. - How to become the "loving parent" to your inner experiences. - The profound gifts of allowing emotions to move and transform This is a must-watch for every single one of us on this journey. Grab a cup of tea, find a quiet moment, and let Patrick's wisdom guide you. We'd love to hear your biggest takeaways in the comments below! What resonated most with you? With love and presence.
