@Joseph Groom oh you should be. I make an excellent roast. And we have fresh roast since we have a few heads of cattle that we harvest.

@Joseph Groom even better though is when I made beans with ham and cornbread made in a cast iron skillet with fried potatoes. Now that’s good eating. Some of these SNAP people just need to buy some beans. You can get at a long time on a bag of beans. 😆😆

Introduction
Hello! As you can see my name is Summer. I am from the Bootheel of MO. I love to garden, cook and bake but I’m looking for something else to help with my income. Selling chicken eggs for $2/dz isn’t getting me very far. 😆 I have MS so a regular job doesn’t work for me anymore. Trust me I’d much rather be working.
