Upstate New York Wholesaling...?
Does anyone have experience wholesaling in New York? Being an attorney State I'm trying to work out if I can get the seller to sign on the phone with me rather than having to send the contract to their attorney first. It seems I legally can... but I'm wondering if anyone has experience with this? I'm hoping the braintrust here can help on this one. Thanking you!

Hey @Scotty Mortimer I would not recommend it. New York is a TOUGH state to wholesale. It's an Attorney State so most attorneys want retainers of $3-5K to close a deal. There are much easier states to wholesale than that. I would recommend markets in the Sunbelt and Midwest (just do a quick google search for the states in those areas).
