Community Spotlight: David Faulk 🔥
Huge congratulations to David Faulk, son @Tiffany Whitlow , one of our community athletes, on earning Phil Steele Third Team All-American honors as a freshman, an incredible achievement and a testament to consistency, discipline, and belief. This is what happens when you keep showing up, doing the work, and trusting the process. David is already cementing himself as one of the top kickers in the country, and we’re proud to have him in the Winning Your Way family! Let’s goooo! Let this be a reminder to everyone: • Consistency compounds • Quiet work turns into loud results • Foundation first, recognition follows

📣 Sunday Shoutout 📣
I have to take this Sunday to shout out our new member, @Claire Campbell. She may have just joined, but she is already putting in the work, answering all questions, watching Coaching Call recordings, and showing us what dedication to building your personal brand really looks like. Great work, Claire! We can’t wait to watch as you continue to grow in the Community. 🙌

Athletes - Give Us Your Recruiting Tips
What strategies have you found helpful in getting noticed by coaches (highlight videos, camps, networking)?

When I was working on getting recruited to a University team from High school I found the most helpful thing was I would email, call or Text the coach about a week before I played in a tournament to see if the coach was planning on attending. If the coach was planning on attending I invited them to watch me play VB at the Tournament and I would text periodically throughout the tournament day or days to update the coach on what court I was at/what times. This was what got coaches to come see me play by keeping them updated in real time how they could find me.
COACHING CALL REPLAY AND SHOUTOUT!
Thank you to everyone who joined us for tonight’s Coaching Call and showed up ready to learn, reflect, and grow. Tonight, we focused on moving from posting just to post to creating content with direction, clarity, and momentum - knowing why you’re posting and what you want your content to do for you. 📌 This Week’s Homework: Your assignment is to create a new video that clearly answers the following three questions: - Who is this for? - What is the ONE takeaway you want them to have? - What do you want them to do next? 🚨 Missed the Call? If you couldn’t attend live, please be sure to watch the recording by Thursday and post one key takeaway or a question from tonight’s call in the Community, as well. Let’s take what we learned tonight and put it into action this week. We can’t wait to see your content! 💪

I have always thought I had to sell myself with my words and now after watching this video I understand that it is actually the Visual (Video/thumbnail) that is what is attracting the interest not always what I am sharing about myself.
