Just got back from Antarctica, and man what a journey, not just that trip, but the entire world tour. So much happened this year. now all at once all of the noise from the year went quiet even the stuff i wanted to make time for has gone silent feels almost like being in sensory deprivation. its bittersweet. it was my most expansive year of my life and with so much potentiality realized that im still trying to catch up im gonna take a few days to myself i think and just sorta be in the feels for a bit. just wanted to let u know thanks dude

Nor would I want to. What I love about it most is How short it is, and How the more you read it, The deeper it becomes. And it describes the lust for life That I am fortunate enough To look forward to almost every day! Maybe it summarizes it for you too. Hi loves! You might know that my last anti blitz was focused on health and more specifically my physical activity to bring back mobility and range of motion after my accidents… I continued strong w that and it’s a habit and non negotiable now. Last Anti Blitz I made only one post and updated the comments daily w my progress. This Anti Blitz tho, I will be doing separate posts and I am focusing on relationships - strengthen relationships with those that I V1B3 w and care for and f those that r no longer aligned and r irrelevant. This first one is me reconnecting back w one of my main non negotiable - Joy Zone aka self care aka playing childlike anything… instruments, business, ANYTHING!!! Cuz the Joy zone is a powerful state to be in and to show up ANYWHERE! Even tho my studio is not rebuilt yet after my move, it doesn’t matter!! No LED lights, neon signs and microphones and mixers - no problem! I get into my Joy Zone anyway! Cuz I want to. And Ro always gets what Ro wants, cuz I can. cuz why not??
