I am loving the level 1-2 fundamental course clips 😍 finally someone who is explaining the syllabus to me!
Thank you @Adolfo Indacochea - I’ve been wanting a syllabus /concept of each move broken down and you are teaching it so concisely here ! My brain works with structure - so super super happy I finally understand it, how it can vary, not just try to copy without fully understanding 👏🏼👏🏼🥰🥰 (eg the hook turn I thought you hook and turn but it’s hook step step 👏🏼, spiral step I thought was a spiral turn like in ballroom - so cool! ) The details are the game changer - finally things are clicking in my brain of what I’m seeing in routines 🙌🏼🙌🏼 Thank you for creating this platform for all of us ❤️

I love that syllabus, it is so beneficial to be able to look at the technics behind each step/move/concept right away without having to look at the entire choreo lesson to try to find some technical tips in between.
The Palladium Era
Hello everybody! There are much longer version and documentales, but I won’t ask you to do that right now. However, you can take 13 minutes to watch this. I’m a big fan of this type of videos🥰. Let me know what do you think.

@Adolfo Indacochea I love the fact that you not only show us the mere steps, but also the history of why the salsa is what it is today. So ingeresting!
For Those Wanting Cleaner Footwork or Body Movement
A lot of you have mentioned that you want your footwork and body movement to look cleaner… so here’s a tip that will change everything: Your prep matters more than the actual movement. Most of the “messy” feeling doesn’t come from the spin, the basic, or the styling. it comes from the moment before you move. Before you do anything, ask yourself: where do I want to go with the movement? if you want to go down, the prep should be up, if you want to go right, the prep should be left etc. When your prep is clean, the movement becomes sharp, controlled, and effortless. This is honestly the secret nobody talks about! Any other tips you want me to talk about? Comment below!

@Nathalia Raigosa I love the fact that you go back to the very basics and remind us of seemingly fundamental things that make a world of difference; let's take a Susie Q as an example, it will never look good and clean without proper preparation.

The 3 Levels of Partnerwork
When you dance partnerwork, you’re constantly managing energy between you and your partner.Every pattern, turn, or pause falls into one of three levels of movement: 1️⃣ High Level – Keep TurningThe flow continues. Both leader and follower stay active in rotation. You manage control, spacing, and momentum without stopping the energy. 2️⃣ Medium Level – Dance With Me (Son)The movement stabilizes. You’re still connected, but you control direction and weight transfer instead of turns. This is where you build structure, timing, and lead–follow clarity. 3️⃣ Low Level – Stop or Follow ThroughThe energy pauses. Either you stop intentionally or redirect. This teaches control, reaction, and recovery. Understanding these three levels helps you decide when to keep turning, when to stabilize, and when to stop — instead of moving randomly. That’s how you create clean, readable, and efficient partnerwork.
