FAO Runners 🏃
Always loved running, but over the winter period I am turning it up a notch. Running 3-4x a week. Mainly to keep me busy and not drinking lol but also to get a sub20 5km run. Always been a goal of mine to get under 20mins but never have I achieved it yet. (21.03 currently my pb) This is my running plan for all you runners out there 💪

Speedy! I got down to 22 mins but I threw up after lol so fair play. I love running in the winter!! Nothing better than the cold air smashing you in the face, hating every second of it and then when you finish you feel a million bucks! We grow when we’re uncomfortable 🙌
Dinner
Who's having a healthy dinner and whos having a little cheat meal tonight on this cold miserable day. I'm going for lasagna and garlic bread 👌 tracking and being consistent throughout the week allows some naughty foods here and there. Will upload once it's done

I got a Turkish last night. I kept it to just chicken and salad (with a little bit of rice), I skipped on the bread to help keep the cals down 🫡 Making home made burgers tonight 🤤
